Food Party
WHERE: Ruga
WHEN: April 15
WHAT: FOOD PARTY
WARNINGS: None yet!
Be it one heard of the feast from the forum, by word of mouth, or just got drawn to the commotion, finding the feast wasn't hard to do. A little house in Ruga had all of the furniture moved outside, sans some tables and chairs-- some probably even from other empty houses to make a little dining area. "Little" being the keyword, but it wasn't like they had restaurant venues to work with. At least there was someplace to sit, right? Assuming it didn't get too popular, of course, there was always the chance of sitting outside. It was a nice day today, after all!I. Mingle
Looks like it'll be a while before anyone's getting any food, but hey! There sure are people around here to hang out with! Besides, they did mention the chefs could use some company too, right? Or one can decide to be that weird kid at a party that holds their cup of punch in the corner and sips occasionally. Only they didn't have punch-- just water. Sorry, weird kid.II. Cooking
Welcome to the kitchen! It had a completely different atmosphere here-- tables filled with food that was meant to be chopped or cooked or both. And, of course, the two (for now) diligent cooks working with old stoves. They're open to helping hands, or maybe just a little conversation? How about a bit of influence on what to cook, or maybe being a taste tester? Maybe one might even bring them something else to cook?III. Feast
While some may argue that this didn't even come close to a feast, it was clear that the most was definitely made from what they had. Could anyone really complain in their situation? Deer meat, apples, potatoes, peppers, water... This may well have been a luxury at this point. Besides, show a little respect for the chefs! They worked hard on this.

[Have they spoken on the forum? He didn't have a picture up there, after all. That and there are way too many kind, well-meaning people here.]
Did you end up finding your friends?
no subject
What about you, Sannomiya-san? You mentioned you knew someone here last time, too.
no subject
And I found her too. [That girl going around telling people to wear naked aprons and calling Kirishima "Ei-chan".]
She's around here somewhere, getting food. [Though speaking of food........ someone did promise her a home-cooked meal complete with care and love and suffering...]

[Though Izuku's thinking along the same lines as her, he still hasn't put a name or face to that one user on his post he promised food to... hmm.]

We've been doing this and that. Some cleaning, some furniture burning, that kind of thing. It uses up a lot of energy though and the food we had before...
[She sighs at that, long and dramatic.] There's just something so much better about food that's had thought and effort put into it.
no subject
[It's a little extreme, but he can understand. Besides, one of his friends had been pretty close to burning his furniture, too.]
That's true. [Izuku takes the chance to nibble at the deer meat happily.] But I'm also just grateful that it tastes like food again. I don't know how much longer we could've dealt with the ash taste.
no subject
The ash taste would be okay if it wasn't just food you got out of a can. It had no care in it at all. It had gotten to the point where I asked some stranger on the forums to make me food.
no subject
[!!!]
Some stranger... do you remember their hex code?
no subject
[She’s bullied so many people on the forum that she really doesn’t immediately recognize it as him.]
Hm... FFDF00, I think? Why?
no subject
Ah. [Huh, so he was right after all!] That was me, actually. FFDF00, I mean.
no subject
...Oh.
[She gives him a long look, and then:]
You still haven't made me that meal you promised.
no subject
I...wasn't sure at first. Um, I probably should have asked to swap codes earlier...
no subject
bullying himthinking about food to remember.]It's fine. I wouldn't have given you the code anyway. [She likes her anonymity after all. That or she would have given him someone else's number.]
