t's a regular morning here in the Town. The sun isn't shining at all, snow is falling like crazy, and...there may be the sounds of shouts coming from the well, thoroughly muffled.

I'm Yu Narukami. It's nice to meet you, Akira-san.
[Before they are off, he'll extend his hand in greeting.]

Stay close by, Narukami-san.
[And with that, he'll take a step toward the woods and, with a soft pop, he's transformed into his Phantom Thief outfit. It now becomes apparent that he does have weapons after all, daggers that rest in his palms.

[There's the brief sound of him clapping his hands like he's witnessed the best magic trick, and in a way it sort of is as he slowly grins. It is...really cool. It also looks a lot better than what Akihiko-san and Junpei-san were wearing.]
I'm guessing those daggers aren't just for show either.
[Inwardly, he wishes he could materialize a cool outfit, but he'd take Persona summoning powers any time of the day.]

[Is he joking or being serious? With a nod, he follows after Joker, but not after unsheathing his sword. Yu might not be a Phantom Thief, but he's surprisingly quick to follow.]

Alright.
[He'll agree to Yu being support - whether he was serious or not, Joker's decided it now. He is the more experienced person here, at least in terms of who has been in the woods more.
So he'll lead Yu into the forest, through the branches and underbrush. His eyes are peeled for any signs of danger, but so far there's just the normal mutant animals.]
Some of the animals are fine. Some are dangerous. [Like the huge, fire-breathing bees.]

So like any animals you'd find in a normal forest, right? Encountering a bear or a rabbit might be different...
[Well maybe not for Akihiko-san, he thinks. If he could read these he would not be too excited about meeting fire-breathing bees.]

[So no, not quite normal. Although, when Akira thinks about what a mutated bear might look like, he knows it doesn't sound fun.]
I wouldn't want to run into a bear, though.
[And hopefully they won't, on the way to the Sphinx! He hopes it will appear to them instead of being too hard to find...]

[Briefly, there's a tiny grin to his face, as he thinks back at Teddy.]
Depends for me. I'd be alright with certain types of bears.
[The way Yu keeps looking around the forest as he tries to follow Akira is very much the same excited way someone looking outside of a car to look at the view is. At least he does keep watch for anything to attack them.]
How good are you at figuring out riddles?

[It's not his strongest suit, but he can do it. He found his way through the puzzles in Futaba's Palace, and that's almost the same, right?
He's also curious about what kind of bears this guy finds okay...]

[Hopefully that will be enough. And lo! But what appears a little ahead but the Sphinx itself, lazying around in a tree, it's wings folded, but its paws in the air much like a house cat. It doesn't look very threatening, but the broken branches and claw marks around the tree showcase that it's definitely not a pushover either.
Yu looks...well a little more enthusiastic than before.]
Do you think if we answer its riddle...we'll be able to pet it?

[The Sphinx looks rather pleased and sits down, eyes darting between the two of them as it begins the riddle;]

You cannot outrun and it knows no pain

[He stays quiet, mulling over the answer as he looks at Akira. He moves a little farther to discuss it with him.]

[He has one, but he will share afterwards.]

The creature paces back and forth in quiet contemplation before finally answering;]

[Before it takes off, it does add something specifically for Yu;]

[It gives him a grin full of sharp teeth before finally leaving with the teenager standing there watching it go.]

[He looks at a large, nearby tree, mostly trunk and less branches before he takes a running start and manages to move upward enough to grab one of the branches. Pulling himself up is the easy part, but his motions could use a little finesse. He looks back at Akira.]
Do you need a hand up? I think the branch should be able to handle the both of us.
