sleepover for 100+ w/sierra
she clasps her hands and tilts her head down, eyes closed as she whispers hylian chants so that her roommates are not disturbed. the night feels gloomier with the sky having mysteriously lost its color and she's wearing a dark purple sweater to sleep, but apart from that the night is still. ]

regardless of all that, however, it’s finally time for her to get back on her feet—or on her wings, as it were, and seek her revenge. it doesn’t really occur to her to complete a quest at this juncture, but it’s going to come at some point or another.
zelda’s prayers are, of course, interrupted, by a distinct thud against her window and then an urgent flapping. let! her! in! ]

AAAH!
[ and zelda, prim and proper, scrambles from her spot and crawls back crab style on the hard wood to get away from the window. but once she's far away enough she sees how the bat looks with the help of her lit candle on the nightstand before the window. ]
S... Sierra?

it is sierra, now let her in, please. she has important business. ]

bright church w/ari
I appreciate your willingness to help with the church. Do you have a particular connection to religion to inspire this?
no subject
> "Well... not really?"
[ That doesn't sound like a very good answer, huh? He tries again. ]
> "We have a church back in Tenel. That's the village I'm from."
no subject
Don't worry if not. A lot of people don't here. [ a shrug. ] Is Tenel's church a large gathering place, or a smaller venue?

gratefulness w/valvatorez
...is what zelda thought at first. it isn't that the quest is hard, but she's started to come down with illness not too long after she began working on her gifts. she wants to honor valvatorez's love of sardines by sewing a small sardine plush toy. it isn't especially great looking because of the lacking color, but she works hard of the details despite having to power through her sickness all the while.
and when she finally finishes and knocks on his door to deliver, she has a scarf bundled up over half her face, eyes puffy and head feverish. she hasn't gotten sick in... well, a century, so getting outside takes a lot out of her. ]
no subject
This is not what dying should feel like. His head feels like it's full of tissues and he barely makes his way to the door.]
Zelda? [He sounds congested.]
no subject
[ ugh. he doesn't sound much better either. she smiles, and it's weak despite being genuine. ]
Can I - come in? And have some water?

gimme ur color, gurl
...Well. A cat can't help but to be curious, which is why, after a good deal of thought, he trots right over to Zelda's house. Her new house. Did she tell him about this? Definitely not, but here he is, knocking on her front door before sitting down to patiently wait for someone to open it. At least he isn't, like, leaping through an open window?]
no subject
Mogget? [ hm, what is this deja vu feeling? she pokes her head out and opens the door full, wearing a dark purple sweater over her usual dress. ] Is there something you need? If it's the fish, I was planning to leave it on your doorstep tomorrow morning.
[ there isn't much to fish right now with the weather getting colder, but still she tries. ]
no subject
It is not about the fish, although I thank you in advance for such a welcome gift. I am here about something else entirely. [He stands, blinking up at her as innocently as he possibly can.] A quest, actually. Perhaps we may discuss the... finer details inside?
[He's being so polite? Watch out, Zeldy...]

And that mission is to shove open the doors and call out. ]
Zeldaaaaaaa, are you in?
[ Hopefully no one is actually praying. ]
no subject
but she's not quite asleep yet when maya barges inside and calls her out. with a groggy grunt she carefully bring hers body up and makes herself visible at the front pews. she only really has the energy to sit-up. ]
Maya?

quest 33
He's a red, so all he needs to find is someone he thinks will be a decent partner for this. Someone with a good head on their shoulders that he can bounce ideas off of, in case the riddle is a tricky one and the answer doesn't come right away. After considering his options, he decides to contact Zelda and ask her if she's interested and now they're heading into the forest together.
As usual, he has his rifle hidden beneath his pristine white coat, just in case they mess up or if the Sphinx is feeling particularly hungry today. ]
There's a famous riddle that comes up in the story of Oedipus and his encounter with the Sphinx. [ He says, idly adjusting the front of his collar as he keeps an eye out for movement or animal tracks. ]
"What goes on four feet in the morning, two feet at noon, and three feet in the evening?"
[ Gotta warm up her problem-solving skills a little before they run into the Sphinx. ]
no subject
Hm. The 'what' in question is the same for each phase of the day I presume?

Forest Adventure #2
No matter, there's two of them. They can deal with whatever is at the end of the path.]
Do you see that house?
[His eyes aren't tricking him, right?]
no subject
[ she wondered if it was just an illusion too, and she's thankful he said something before she thought she was going crazy. is it the same house dextera had mentioned though... ]
I'm surprised. We were wandering the forest much longer last time before coming upon that pond. Interesting.

Gratitude Quest
......Um.... is anyone home? [She could check with her powers, but they've been weird lately ever since she started feeling sick and the bad thing is that she can't stop reading, pushing past layer and layer of memories, unable to stop.]
no subject
it takes her a moment to get to the door from her room, but soon enough she's opening it up a crack and then the whole way when she sees who it is. ]
Shiho! [ she sniffs, blinking through her puffiness, and opens the door further up. ] Please, come in. It's dreadful outside.
[ (it's actually not that bad but to zelda, sick as she is, being outside is like asking for suffering.) ]
no subject
Shiho frowns to herself as she walks closer.]
...It kind of is, huh? How do you feel?
