t's pretty dark and miserable down in the well. The cavernous area feels much larger than a well should be, bodies milling about in the darkness and knee deep, frigid water. So you're here -- and you're not alone, and the only way out appears to be the thin circle of sunlight from above, the opening of the well. (And elsewhere, in the Town, everyone's waking up to gifts of various usefulness, but hopefully they remember to check the well today even so!) What now? ( Mutsunokami is just passing by with some towels to take to some of the people who've just arrived! But he stops when someone calls out to him. He doesn't mind the volume at all and seems pretty unfazed when he turns to see who it is. After all, he's also a very loud person himself. But the person who's called out to him isn't some random stranger but-- )

[ Honestly he’s glad that she’s taking all this pretty well, considering that most people would either side-eye or try to use him for their own gain. And maybe she still is, but he’s very forgiving of that in a woman.

To begin with, you woke up in a well, correct? So did we. Everyone you met here arrived the same way, over a period of time. It happens about every two months, and has been happening for over a half a year.

Should I take that to mean there isn't a place people gather to discuss the town's needs and problems? Would you say it's working out?
