A. Early Afternoon
[Shouto's out and about, looking through a few of the houses that are close to the well and currently unoccupied. He's clearly out here for some reason or another.

It takes him an hour or two, but eventually he's secured the house, and starts taking the furniture and such out. There's some broken shelves, a bedframe, a few chairs, etc.

Then he puts his right hand on the house. In just a few seconds the entire thing is iced over. If anybody is looking at him, a puff of cool air escapes him.]

B. Late Afternoon

[Are you out on the town for any reason? Shouto's just sitting on the lip of the well for now. Since he made something useful, he should probably... tell people about it.]

There's an icebox in town now. You can keep whatever might spoil in there.

[Why is Okuyasu heading toward the well? Because he's a little obsessed with it, frankly, and maybe today he's trying to do something else with it that's dangerous and ill-advised, but his dear bro Peppermint sitting there is unexpected.

He listens, and turns halfway to look off in... a direction like he can pinpoint an icebox just from hearing about it. Hmm.]

What, for real? You could've been faster and we could've had chicken nuggets.

[That's not even the correct direction. Shouto'll point in the right one. If Okuyasu goes that way, the completely iced over house should make it plenty obvious what he was talking about.]

I was busy with other stuff.

We could've if you were faster about making your ice place. Y'know, when people's houses and shit were showing up? Could've brought some back.

I got distracted by our cat. Deku's sweet, but a handful.

[Shouto absolutely did name the housecat after his boyfriend.]

At least it's there now. If you find some kind of edible meat or something.

I don't think being rich counts as a job, but they don't have to do any jobs.

It's more normal than the rest of us, I guess.

[Except he's a nasty crimeboy and so Lupin's normal life is a lie.]

Does his world have powers?

I dunno, I never asked. Now that you mention it... I'm gonna say no.
