The only limitation I have is that it should be a living thing that I'm healing - sentient, organic, and not something complicated like a rock or a robot. Things can get a little haywire outside certain anatomies that might get affected with my power - anything from completely ineffective to absolutely terrifying.
.... though of course, if the other person is adventurous enough, I'm always willing to try.

[Though it makes sense. The composition between organic and inorganic objects can differ greatly so he can see what kind of complications Giorno might run into mingling the two. In a way, it's sort of the opposite of Yaoyorozu's quirk.]
Regardless, that's impressive.

[ a pity he's not the kind of tank you need in battle, but he's there to keep people from dying and help them keep the fight going. there's plenty that giorno doesn't show when it comes to his powers, but he's rather proud of it. ]

[However, questioning the merits of Giorno's personal philosophy of healing has to be put on hold when the fight suddenly takes a turn and their side is pushed back enough where Aizawa knows he has to intervene fast. He immediately takes a guarding stance, though he glances over his shoulder questioningly.]
Do you need me to guard you?

[ in a tone of voice where giorno surmises that that's entirely too bad.
that being said, he's also impressed with aizawa offering, because it'll allow him to move from one person to another with less worries. ]
If you don't mind.
