Indeed... this place is extremely inhospitable. In more ways than one.

[Keith sums up, but he falls into step along with Yusuke. So their powers are being screwed with (not that he has a power to be screwed with, but he's well aware a lot of the people in the city do) and they're apparently on the menu.
Great.]
We need to figure something out though. Some way to stand against these things.

Yes, I agree. If we could also figure out a way back without somehow alerting them... it seems like they're in the water everywhere.
[So sneaking doesn't seem like it'd be super lucrative.]

[And yeah how long could they sneak. It's a long swim, right? Since they can't even see where they'd be swimming to.
Keith shakes his head.]
Too many questions not enough answers. I'm getting really sick of that being the trend.

[He's curious about it, whether everyone had the same experience. Or, at the very least, similar.]

[Keith glances away, brow furrowing as the memory surfaces.]
I heard my dad calling for me, which doesn't make any sense. I figured it was probably a dream.
[Though. Was that related to winding up here? Is that how they drew them in?] Did you?
no subject
[Which, of course, Keith knows is impossible. Yusuke frowns.]
It's strange, considering I'm not certain I even recall what her voice sounded like. It felt like it was.

I... I remember my dad's voice.
[Keith nods, but he's still frowning.] But I know he's gone. He died when I was really little. But even knowing that, I was sure it was him.
[So. What gives, Sirens.]
