[There's no stopping Okuni now that she knows precisely what Meet Me in the Pit means. She has the Perfect Plan to collect as many pit fights as she can in the span of a month.

The Perfect Plan being digging actual pits around town, because surely every pit will lead to The Pit (it does not) and every person who accidentally falls in will immediately be at her mercy (they won't....). Anyway, catch Okuni either

a.) in the middle of digging a pit, her physics-defying hair just poking out enough to tell that she's there
b.) approaching you with a shovel in her hands??? She's smiling cheerfully, surely this will go well. if b, then Okuni will happily greet you first,]

You don't seem like you have anything important to do. [polite!!] You should help me instead!

B; meet okuni IN THE PIT but first, a Mutsu-intervention

[Okuni is as skilled hand at pitfall traps, which all her pits are UNFORTUNATELY, and most of the leaves and detritus covering each hole looks perfectly natural. so unless you have a second sense for pitfall traps, then you're probably about to have a Bad Time...]

A hero exists today, by the name of Mutsunokami Yoshiyuki, who is hanging around because SOMEONE HEROIC has to SAVE PEOPLE FROM OKUNI'S VILLAINY

[this is a tag-team/thread jack option! with both Okuni and Mutsu!! basically Mutsu IS HERE to save you, and Okuni pouts a lot about how she wants to properly prank y'all.]

[Okuni takes temporary breaks from being an ultra punk-ass long enough to sit around outside, fanning herself with a hand. She has a scattering of plants around her, mostly ear-wiggy looking weeds and suspicious foliage, and also a Bucket.

Anyone who peers into the bucket will see a mass of earthworms and also other bugs, hm.]

[that's hers!! she's intent on making a few flower crowns for the quest (badly until Ochako teaches her the Ways), but also hit her up if you want to tell ur honest feelings about how Okuni is just ANNOYING AND WEIRD, she'll be tickled pink.]

So then -- there's Ako-chan, Izu-chan, and Sho-chan...

Is there anyone else here with you? Any more heroes-in-training or friends of yours -- or perhaps even enemies?

[There's a moment where he looks upset, but it's very quickly covered up by his usual poker face.]

Iida and Kirishima left a while ago. But Aizawa-sensei is here. He wears a lot of black and... I guess they look like bandages? Around his neck.

I haven't seen any of our enemies.

[Okuni catches that, but other than peering closely at him for a moment, she doesn't comment on it. So, people leave Chroma, huh... If they were all from the same school, then it stands to reason that Shouto would be close to his classmates. She can't blame him for being upset that they're gone.]

Well, I'd say that I hope that continues, but I have faith that you and your friends will be able to handle anyone who arrives.

[She has 100% faith in Shouto's abilities to kick potential villain butts.]

Though if anything does happen, then you're welcome to ask me for help. I always like the chance to beat more people up.

We could handle it. [Not that Shouto goes charging into trouble, like a certain main character he knows. But if trouble comes to him, he'll do his best to handle it.]

Oh, that's right -- I didn't fight you with them last time.

[okuni wishes she could beat people up like Izuku can....

At the question, Okuni pulls her iron fan out from her sleeve and flicks it open to show Shouto. She has a sword too, but it's mostly concealed by her kimono.]

Here! I have a sword too, but mostly I just use whatever I feel like fighting with.

[Nobody wishes they broke their bones as much as Izuku...

An iron fan? Then she's probably used to close quarters combat. Swords are probably midrange? Shouto's never had to fight anybody with a sword before.]

Huh. I didn't know you had those on you.

[Okuni wants Izuku's skill set witHOUT THE BONE BREAKING!!]

I try not to be too obvious about them, since I'm not a haughty stuck-up samurai. [blanket apology for all non haughty and non stuck up samurai living in chroma] Women don't usually carry weapons where I'm from, but you never know what can happen.

... Are samurai like that? [Excuse him, he's never met a real life samurai.]

It's safer to have some way of protecting yourself. Especially in a place like this. [Who knows what danger lurks around next week? Not Shouto.]

The ones I've met are very annoying, so yes.

[Okuni has met like maybe two, but still!!! STILL]

Most warriors think themselves better than everyone else purely due to their familial circumstances... It gets tiring to hear that all the time.

[glaciers]

[Shouto quietly assumes she's met many more than two.

But his expression goes dark for a moment. It would be a stretch to say murderous. For another he looks tired.

It takes a few seconds for it go go back to normal.

And the only thing he says is...] Yeah.

[Okuni's eyes stay on his face even as he goes back to his usual demeanor. She may not know the exact reason behind his change in expression, but

she leans over to poke him in the arm.]

There are a lot who are just like that, but -- there are strange exceptions whose actions speak for them instead. It's always what you do that matters most in the end.

[It takes a little bit before he responds. He nods firmly.]

I've always thought that too. You can say whatever you want, but what you do makes more of an impact.

I give Izuku that advice when he was trying to figure out how to talk to a kid. He got punched in the balls. [There goes most of his tension.]

[Okuni's pleased to know that most of her concern is unfounded... well not unfounded, but it seems as if Shouto's already learned that lesson from a source much closer to him.

[He shakes his head, though he does seem faintly amused by this. Shouto why won't you keep your boyfriend shameful past unspoken....]

No, he got punched before I gave him that advice. He went up to talk to the kid and he got attacked.

The kid didn't like us being around and Izuku was the first person who approached him. So.

So he was just unfortunate enough to become a target? [OKUNI LAUGHS AGAIN] Kids are annoying, but you have to admire their honesty!

More people should be as honest as kids. It would make things easier.
