he Town is quiet this week. No sudden quests on the forum post, no roars of werewolves in the distance... just peaceful, peaceful quiet. Of course, it's hot as hell right now, but that aside, it's pretty pleasant. You probably don't want to wander around the Town right now, but... Naturally, now's when the Town is going to start thoroughly encouraging you to do just that. You do want to find your doorway back home, don't you? Better get searching! [Kairi tries to walk forward, though she struggles not to trip over all the pillows and sheets.]

[ They'd offer a hand, but they're super cold to the touch in this climate... they'd probably only end up bringing harm to the other, so they just stay where they are. ]

Yes, this is my home. You must be someone new from the well... [ Or at least, someone they'd never seen before; either way, they're mostly muttering to themself with that comment. At least they can practice their hospitality and manners. ] You're... a human, aren't you.

[At first Kairi wants to ask them, "Aren't you human too?" But then she gets a better look at that hair. It's so beautiful! But definitely unnatural.]

Uh... y-yeah I am. I'm Kairi!

Kairi. [ They repeat the name just to commit it to memory, leaning against the door way. ] You can call me Cairngorm.

[ For a second, they study her closely, as they have become well aware of how tough this environment is for humans. ]

If it's too cold for you, I can help you get back to that other place. [ It's a long fall, afterall... ] Unless you were looking for something in particular.

[That sounds familiar, but she's not sure why. However the reminder of the cold snaps her out of it, and Kairi is quick to nod her head.]

I-I was just exploring! Never thought I'd end up in a place like this! Is it snowing?
