he Town is quiet this week. No sudden quests on the forum post, no roars of werewolves in the distance... just peaceful, peaceful quiet. Of course, it's hot as hell right now, but that aside, it's pretty pleasant. You probably don't want to wander around the Town right now, but... Naturally, now's when the Town is going to start thoroughly encouraging you to do just that. You do want to find your doorway back home, don't you? Better get searching! Given some of the places that have popped up, I'd certainly be surprised if there's not something waiting to ruin our day.

But if it's been low-key so far, that's a good sign. Even if something comes out, we probably won't be running the gauntlet.

One can only hope. Though I suppose in this place, I have become a bit of a pessimist...

I think it's not necessarily about this place trying to make trouble, per se, so much as it's about this place trying to provoke a strong reaction, for better or for worse.

[ Although he has to admit that worse has certainly been more common, at least in his own experiences. ]

So if there's anything associated with that place that would be very personally troubling to you, that's probably what we need to look out for.

... Well. When you put it that way... There are worse places my portal could have been. I have no trauma in regards to the great Mila tree... in fact, it's a beautiful place, and we learned several important things in regards to our quest.
