[Well, as promised? After he gets off the laptop, he'll head on over to the border of the woods and Flavo. If anyone, he's sure he can depend on Shiho to not shoot him in the head, so there are no problems here.

He'll just chill with his hands in his pockets, leaning against a tree as he waits for Shiho to meet him here.

It'll be good to see her at a time when they're not both totally miserable, too.]

[Shiho doesn’t look half as relaxed, mouth a flat line as she comes up to see him leaning against a tree like letting someone shoot at something on top of your head is all perfectly normal.

Is it too much to as for just a tiny bit more self preservation? Anyone?? She does have her gun tucked into her pocket though.]

[He blinks, tilting his head bemusedly. She looks a bit tense, but... surely she wouldn't have come if she wasn't confident in her skills?]

[She’s tense, especially because Minato doesn’t seem to be. Of course her own skills are enough to shoot an apple off his head. If needed, she could even do a trick shot and ricochet the line off of another person’s apple.]

If anyone, Kyrie can absolutely shoot at him; no matter what they did in training earlier, he still is pretty sure Kyrie wouldn't actually like...shoot him.

[ Caramia is so not about shooting Minato, but he would if Kyrie tries to convince him. In the meantime, he just intends to be very nervous support, answering the door a little too quickly when Minato knocks- he was making food, after all, so he was in the area!!

Still, Minato's getting the usual hug!!! And a little head bump to boot. ]

Kyrie's about shooting Minato! Or like, at Minato. Maybe. Just as long as he doesn't go and move or something, but at that point would it really be Kyrie's fault...?

Anyway, he lurked on the forum enough to know of this plan, so joke's on you Caramia, there's hardly any time at all before Kyrie's voice is overlapping his as he leans in the entry behind him.

"I should certainly hope so," he scoffs. "If he's so willing to get himself shot, he might as well go to someone who can ensure it to be a single blow. If he didn't hurry over, he might've found himself victim to some moron's shoddy aim."

He just snorts softly in response, shaking his head.]

Mmh, I'm still going to. After all, you seem to lack self-preservation sometimes. [ Sometimes being Literally All The Time, but that's besides the point. He'll let go of Minato briefly so he could saunter back inside to bring out a basket of apples. One of them being for shooting (maybe two if they can convince Caramia to shoot his son), but he still offers one to Minato for actual eating sake, too. ]

Not in the house, that's for sure. Don't ask Kyrie that, he'd end up having you stand by my stuff and... "miss". Come on, we'll have you stand somewhere you can stand upright.

Tonbokiri

[It's still honestly very peaceful and zen to be able to go to Tonbokiri for training. He pushes Minato, but gently, always keeping his limits in mind--Minato's sure that slowly but surely, he's getting stronger, and that his stance and technique is improving as well.

But, in all honesty? He just also likes being around the spear. He's so gentle and kind, it's always a joy to see him. So when they're wrapping up training for the day, Minato stretching interlinked hands over his head, offers up:]

How did you like the feast a little bit ago, Tonbokiri-san? It was nice, wasn't it?

It was quite nice. I was glad to receive something from the town that had all of its proper taste. [He's still a little put out over the 'reward' from the temptation quest. But the feast made up for it.]

I was given such a splendid dinner as I haven't enjoyed in a long time. How was your dinner?

It was delicious, honestly.

[He's in the same boat, Tonbokiri... people might've been wary about it, but Minato does not regret enjoying it to the fullest.]

I've missed being able to eat food from back home, honestly. The stuff here isn't very good for making a lot of it.

[He nods firmly.] Exactly. And having good nutrition is important to training, as well... I don't suppose that we will recieve a feast like that again soon, though.

Would it not be nice if the dishes that were left behind were enchanted to make more food? I read it in one of the fairy tales! You could ask a pot to boil, and it would make porridge.

Ah... you're right, that would be nice. It'd probably be too convenient for this place, though.

[So there is one person in particular that he can think of that he'd like to invite to a nice mall outing. Someone who's been through a lot lately and still has to keep moving onward... well, sometimes they all need a peaceful time to just been teens, right?

Haru's getting a message on her laptop:]

[ It's about an hour before he gets a reply, because that's how things worked before smartphones and therefore that's how they work in Chroma too. Haru smiles to herself to see Minato's message and quickly types out a reply. ]

No, I'm not busy. I would be happy to join you.

[ Feeling her hair frizz in the heat, she sends her message and begins to gather it as much as its width will let her. Like in her icon! ]

If you don't mind, that'd be great. There are these two trees by the empty house with the roof caved in, on the eastern side of Bluo. I'll be there.

[ Fifteen minutes later, she spots him waiting there and waves pleasantly. Her sweater is tied around her waist, the shirt underneath somewhat slick with perspiration. Despite all that, she looks to be in reasonably good spirits. ]

[Melting and too hot, mostly--his emo 'do is definitely clipped back with makeshift hairclips, because it's way too hot... but it's fine.

He just nods to her anyway, waving in response.]

[Hey, Maya, Minato's just like. Directly knocking on your door. Despite the heat, which is clearly getting to him. He looks vaguely wilted, with his hair pinned back and sleeves rolled up.
