[ If you are a teenager or younger, regardless of whether or not this young woman has met you, she's looking incredibly upset the minute she gets a good look at you. This is a prelude to her hurrying over, gaze anxious, as she looks you over and-- ]

This is... definitely going to be a weird question, but are you actually hurt?

[ SHE MIGHT LOOK LIKE SHE'S ABOUT TO CRY. ]

[ Alternatively, she can be spotted making a much slower way around the town. Slower because she's apparently decided to use her necktie as a blindfold, and even Maya isn't about to go sprinting about an area where she can't see.

It won't stop her from bumping into someone, or-- ]

[ Of course Maya's worried. Minato had-- well, she's not really sure how terrible Minato had actually looked, given how every inch of him was usually covered in scars, bruises, burn marks, skid marks, and blood whenever she looked at him... but he'd been exhausted enough for her to suspect he didn't actually look all that great. Fake injuries aside.

So as soon as she risks a look at a nearby teenager, realizes that no, they don't look like they're about to keel over and die, she sets out on a journey to hunt down Minato.

Which may or may not be helped along by her calling out every so often-- ]

[He's gotten a good night's sleep now, but sleep debt isn't that easily fixed; he's still yawning, leaning against the wall of his home sleepily before he decides on where to start today--

Mm... I have to admit, it was more than I expected.

But compared to back home, I don't think it's anything I can't handle.

I know you're a Persona user, but what sorts of things did you go through back home?

Mm... kegare, rumors coming to life, a couple of cults, death, jumping from a crashing blimp into the ocean, shadows, memory loss, paradoxes, serial killers--

Not all at once, no! But pretty close together, technically.

I'm fine now. [ and she smiles at him, sincerely. There's a tinge of something bittersweet to it, but there's no real lie to her statement. ]

There's just a few things I regret, a little. But it's nothing I can change now.

... Regrets can be kind of dangerous, Amano-san. [That's said mildly, but his head is tilted in slight concern.]

It's not really anything I wanted to burden anyone with, though. They've been through enough.

Oh! No, that was more for the people back home. Honestly, I couldn't say what the people here have to deal with for themselves.

Then I hope that at some point, you feel comfortable enough to be able to talk about it here... even if it's just here, it might help ease some of those burdens.

But to truly explain, it would be a lot for a person to have to take in.

Aren't things like that easier when there's someone to share it with...? Then you don't have to carry it all on your own, at least. And neither will the person you're confiding in.
