Even when the starry sky dissolves at dawn
WHO: Literally anyone and everyone
WHERE: The Town
WHEN: May 3rd, evening
WHAT: The town's regained both some aspects of evening and a starry night sky. Stargazing is clearly in order.
WARNINGS: All that good pure cute, probably.
The town is just a little bit different today. Color has returned to some objects, even phenomenon, and it has left others. Slowly but surely, things are changing.
In some cases, very big things are changing.
Maybe someone looks out a window, maybe they're out late in the evening. At around 6pm, the sky takes on it's normal hue, just for a moment. And later, as darkness falls....
The stars blink into existence, one by one.

[That sounds a little dangerous, and thanks to Akira's experiences, he's suspicious of adults invading schools for their own desires.]
And the school just... allows that?
no subject
[If anything, he's probably invading the school because he's worried both for Kaoru, Shiho and Aoi as well as for his own kids.
She's still going to drag his name through the mud though.]
no subject
[Not aware of his potentially honest intentions, all Akira can think is that it sounds kind of creepy.]
Diplomatic immunity for what?
no subject
But he's associated with the Roviet embassy so we can't do anything about him besides calling him names while he isn't there.
no subject
Roviet? What's that?
no subject
no subject
Never heard of it. Maybe it doesn't exist where I'm from...
no subject
Hm. Maybe? But you guys have Japan and everything.
no subject
Weird. I guess we're from different versions of Earth.
[Which is wild to think about.]
no subject
I guess so. That seems to be the case with a lot of us here.
no subject
[Guren's apocalyptic future comes to mind, though he doesn't say anything about it.]
It's interesting, how many different versions of the same world can exist.
no subject
[Which is weird to think about, that sometimes the smallest decisions can have such a big impact.]
no subject
[When he thinks about it that way, it's a little easier to understand. Everything in their world is the product of a decision someone made at some point in history, after all.]
Isn't that what the saying about butterfly wings means?
no subject
The one where a butterfly’s wings end up causing a tornado, right? I think it’s something like that too. Though I wonder what ended up creating a world like mine. Maybe a dinosaur wandered into a suspicious cave by accident? [And gained psychic powers?!]
no subject
[From the smile growing on his face, it's clear he's just being silly now. But then, this conversation is a bit silly, even if their theory still stands.]
no subject
So in your world they're probably a fossil somewhere? While in mine they survived and came up with a silly name? [psychic powered dinosaurs though, what a strange idea...]
no subject
[It's as plausible as anything else, right? Silly as it may be.]
Maybe a whole race of dinosaurs live there, and passed on the name to humans later.
no subject
[If it isn’t, it should be...]
no subject
[World of the Apes? Or some other appropriately changed movie title.]

They could break out and take over the world.
no subject
[Though telekinetic dinosaurs would be just as terrifying. Then again, maybe they wouldn’t have the brain power necessary to use ESP? After all, people had done their illegal ESP experiments on dolphins and squirrels, not on lizards and chickens.]
no subject
[He knows someone who is pretty convincingly clairvoyant, but other than that, he's not too familiar with psychics.]
What all is there...? Telepathy, starting fires with your brain... [Like that other movie.]
