Even when the starry sky dissolves at dawn
WHO: Literally anyone and everyone
WHERE: The Town
WHEN: May 3rd, evening
WHAT: The town's regained both some aspects of evening and a starry night sky. Stargazing is clearly in order.
WARNINGS: All that good pure cute, probably.
The town is just a little bit different today. Color has returned to some objects, even phenomenon, and it has left others. Slowly but surely, things are changing.
In some cases, very big things are changing.
Maybe someone looks out a window, maybe they're out late in the evening. At around 6pm, the sky takes on it's normal hue, just for a moment. And later, as darkness falls....
The stars blink into existence, one by one.

[Even if the worst he got was a bad case of food poisoning, that sounds even less enjoyable in a place with no running water.]

Or I guess I could just take a look... [That last part is mostly to herself though. Maybe they should go foraging for poisonous mushrooms to use as weapons.]

[He knows she's probably referring to her super secret psychic power that she probably has too, but he won't call it out specifically.]

At this point she's the apprentice of a skeleton expert, a bug expert, a cave expert, a castle expert, a potion expert as well as a bunch of other ones that she's stopped keeping track of.]

I'm surprised you're interested in something like that... [Then again, he has no idea what a mushroom enthusiast might look like, normally, so who is he to say.]
no subject
[She probably doesn’t. Unless it’s about poison mushrooms or extremely expensive imported mushrooms in which case she’s very much interested.]
no subject
[If they're talking about mushrooms in general and not that.]

You'll have to work on your mushroom expert look.

[She will never say no to dressing up for no reason.]
But dressing up here is kind of hard...

[What does a mushroom expert wear, anyway...?]
no subject
[Because she's decided to be the kind of expert that hunts down truffles.]
no subject
[Unfortunately there isn't a mall she can go to.]
no subject
[And she can't believe that she had to think of this, but:]
I could be undercover.
no subject
[Since he still doesn't know what a mushroom expert looks like.]
no subject
[In a place with no running water, no heat and monsters living in the forest. But she doesn't know what mushroom experts do on their vacation and she's guessing he probably doesn't either.]
no subject
I don't think anyone would be able to tell a mushroom expert on vacation apart from a normal person.
no subject
Who knows but she's apparently decided they have/she has fans now.]
no subject
[He's calling it out!]

[He's confused.]

I guess there's no way to know without meeting one...?
