[OPEN] Town Hall Meeting
WHO: The town!
WHERE: City Hall, Ruga
WHEN: April 15-20th, and then April 21st
WHAT: Town Hall Meeting #1, as announced here
WARNINGS: Expedition discussions may not be pleasant
[ Like much of the town, the old city hall building sits on unsteady legs. Brick and stone chipped away by time, or lack of care, but the building itself is still standing, roof mostly intact. It stands out from the buildings beside it, columns lining along the front windows and dilapidated steps leading up to the main entrance. It needs some work, but it's big. It will do. ]

[ he does briefly look over at Dave. There are kids here who can travel through time and put things into pocket dimensions, after all. ]
Anyway... I've got a theory. It's complete conjecture, and... well, it's weird, to be honest, but it's something I've been contemplating. [ Lupin crosses his arms. ] What do we know about Mr. White? He's in control of the "quests," and occasionally rewards us for completing them by having things appear in town. Unlike the rest of us, he doesn't have color. At the same time, he's "made up of all colors." He only communicates with us through the laptops, which only function within the buildings. If we assume that he's the one who brought us here, his intention seems to be for us to populate this place and bring color back to it. Is it possible that "Mr. White" could somehow be the town itself? Whether that means he's some kind of collective "spirit" of people once lived here, or something else...

We don't have enough to say one way or the other, but it ain't like it's for sure a person so much as a concept or something weirder.
