[open] It's a (very belated) birthday log!
WHO: Kaoru, Shiho and friends
WHERE: Town hall
WHEN: Last week of February
WHAT: It's Shiho's birthday
WARNINGS: None probably.
I: Food!
[What is a party without food? Kaoru can't cook but she happens to know people who can! There's even a cake! She may have borrowed a table from another house for the purpose of keeping the food.
Though, oddly enough, there's also a small card (all of them different colour and sizes, some of them looked like they'd been gently folded then ripped along the fold) beside each dish with a number on it. There's also a list (all handwritten in pink), with the same numbers all listed on one side and lines beside it like something you should fill out.
On the top it says: Guess Who Made This Dish!
Are you here to play or are you just here to eat?]
II: Games!
[There is a hastily written sign on one side that says: NO DANCING.
But every party needs entertainment so beside there is a sign with game suggestions like: Truth or Dare, Never Have I Ever...or maybe you'd like to take your list from the food table and see if you got more correct than the person beside you!]

[He does a cheerful little bow as he speaks, before smiling at her.] You're quite impressive as well, to stand so straight for so long!
no subject
It's what I do.
[ She smiles brightly. Ah, but now it's her turn. ] Alright... I pick... truth this time.
no subject
Truth, hm? Let's see.... [tapping a finger to his chin...] I'd like to know.....your favorite food.
[Smaller dares first, right? Or truths, in this case.]

If so, upon one of the Titan-continents in my world, there is a place that brews the... best tea I've ever had. It's called Jenerossi Tea.

Jenerossi tea is found on the Titan called Uraya-- she's a magnificent land where the people live within her, rather than atop her back like other Titans. As for the tea itself... it's hard to describe. It's aromatic and herbal... and has a pinkish hue to it when steeped.

[Living inside a living creature! Would it be like some sort of demonic mountain? Alive and capable of thought, but full of dirt and grass rather than organs? A continent that flies....he looks up at the sky as he thinks.]
That tea sounds interesting too...I don't think I've ever seen a pink tea before. Green or brown, maybe, but...
no subject
....Although, the memories that come with the tea are less about the tea itself and more about who she first shared that cup with, as well as her final moments walking upon the earth before being sealed and sank beneath the cloud-sea. Her eyes drop for a moment... but she smiles in the end. ]
I wish... I could show you, what the continents are like... [ It's rare that she speaks of her own world... and for a moment she thinks back to how she had seen a glimpse of it in her heart. No one had entered that chamber of her heart, so she had no one to share it with-- and she's just a bit sad at that. But maybe that's for the best. ]
And then I'd also brew you some of that tea. But-- [ A breath. ] it probably wouldn't be the same, as having a cup of it above the clouds. [ Ah, well. MOVING ALONG. ]
Truth or dare?

[A faraway land, high up in the sky, with tasty teas and Pyra...that already sounds rather nicer than the life he'd been living before, though he realizes there's no way he could stay there forever. Duty is still important, in the end.
As for that question....he'd kinda wanted to just keep picking dares, but since she picked truth...]
I suppose I'll try truth this time, as well.

Ah! ]
What is the most amazing thing you’ve seen or experienced here?
1/2
[Honestly his whole experience here has been pretty amazing so far, so it's a surprisingly difficult question to answer. He puts a hand to his chin, thinking.]
If you ask me, the most amazing thing I've experienced here would be.....
no subject
[Aaaand smiling!]
no subject
...I'm very glad to hear that. [ She can't help but smile! Who wouldn't? ] I hope that means you get to experience something amazing every day. [ Pyra places a hand on her hip. ] Because that means people are being nice to you.
no subject
I assure you, people are nice to me every day here. And that in itself is amazing. [Truth.
...He scratches his cheek, feeling a little awkward now--he can only handle so much of this!] They're nice to everyone else too though, so far that I've seen! So I hope you're enjoying it as well.
no subject
You know, you're so very kind, I find it hard to imagine that there would actually be anyone else in your world that wouldn't treat you kind.
[ She appears thoughtful for a moment, bringing a hand to her chin. Indeed, why does he believe it is so amazing that people are kind to him in the first place? Is it so odd for him to experience it? ] You don't take me for the kind of person to make many enemies.
no subject
[Not that he can imagine Jun Wu ever making mistakes, but.]
Normally most people wouldn't look twice at a beggar on the street, or a dying man in the desert. Such things happen often, after all, and to try and help everyone you ever meet would only serve to hinder your own affairs.
no subject
“Trying to save everyone you meet”.... ]
Funny you should say that. [ Leaning in a bit, she raises one brow. ] Because you’re exactly the type to try to save everyone you meet.
no subject
Xie Lian leans back at that jab, looking rather embarrassed--because it's true, he is the type. He's always been the type, if not as positive about it as he used to be.]
Yes, well...I don't often have affairs to hinder, after all. Haha.
no subject
...I'm not sure you've ever "hindered" anyone's affairs in the first place.
no subject
[His -500 luck stat!]

Do I? Ahaha. Meeting you was certainly good luck, though!
no subject
Hehe~ now you’re flattering me.
