[open] It's a (very belated) birthday log!
WHO: Kaoru, Shiho and friends
WHERE: Town hall
WHEN: Last week of February
WHAT: It's Shiho's birthday
WARNINGS: None probably.
I: Food!
[What is a party without food? Kaoru can't cook but she happens to know people who can! There's even a cake! She may have borrowed a table from another house for the purpose of keeping the food.
Though, oddly enough, there's also a small card (all of them different colour and sizes, some of them looked like they'd been gently folded then ripped along the fold) beside each dish with a number on it. There's also a list (all handwritten in pink), with the same numbers all listed on one side and lines beside it like something you should fill out.
On the top it says: Guess Who Made This Dish!
Are you here to play or are you just here to eat?]
II: Games!
[There is a hastily written sign on one side that says: NO DANCING.
But every party needs entertainment so beside there is a sign with game suggestions like: Truth or Dare, Never Have I Ever...or maybe you'd like to take your list from the food table and see if you got more correct than the person beside you!]

He gets on the ground pretty much immediately, though how do dogs beg again he mostly just remembers street dogs let's see uuhhhhhh
...on his knees, hands in that cutesy half-fist paw shape!]
Like this?
no subject
Shiho, safe in the knowledge that she's the birthday girl and also that she'll just do whatever she wants regardless, continues on:]
Now bark.
no subject
[Easy!! He's getting back up after that bark though.]
no subject
But in the absence of that, all she can hope for is that there were a lot of witnesses to this.]
Do I have to choose one now? Or do I get to use my special birthday girl privileges and ask you to choose again?
[Shiho. That is not how one celebrates a birthday!!!]
no subject
[His highness the god-prince has very little shame, it's fine.]
Well, if you have birthday girl privileges...I suppose I don't mind doing another dare for you.
[guess who's pretending there's only one option]
no subject
At least try and mind a little!
no subject
[???]
no subject
That's what dares are for, you know? Making people do humiliating things their reputations will never recover from.
no subject
So demand whatever you like, and I'll do my best to fulfill it! It's your birthday, after all.
no subject
Whatever I like, huh? That's almost too much freedom, you know? So if I set some hoops on fire and asked you to jump through them, you'd do it? What if I said I wanted you to break into people's houses and steal things?
[Neither of these things are acceptable dares, Shiho.]
no subject
[Scratching his cheek awkwardly, as if she'd just suggested he go act out Lady Godiva or something. He might've been willing to steal under different circumstances? Not gonna say that out loud, though.]
no subject
Why exactly is it difficult though?
no subject
Well firstly, it's wrong to steal, as I'm sure you know. Secondly, this is a rather small town, isn't it? And we've yet to find a viable way out of it. So if I were to steal something here, it's highly likely the culprit would be discovered sooner rather than later, and I would be unable to avoid the consequences of that.....so I'd rather not risk what little luck I may have, if that's alright with you.
no subject
(Yes, it probably still is.)]
I'm not going to make you take any actual risks or put you in any danger, you know. Besides, it's not like there's anything we can steal here. [Since things generally are either freely shared or have sentimental value and she doesn't want to steal either of them.]
no subject
I suppose you're right on that point...this town does seem rather poor, large though it is. [Though the town itself is foreign enough he'd consider a lot of things collectable regardless...oh well.]
Well, I suppose I could pick truth instead, for a change. Do you have anything you'd like to ask?
no subject
We're rich in experience then. [Or something like that.]
And I've never had to ask about that sort of thing. How about... [Something that doesn't have to do with the city she'd found in his heart. That seemed like a potentially touchy subject...]
...Your most embarrassing memory, then. What is the most embarrassing thing you've ever done?
no subject
The most embarrassing thing I've done....that's a tough one. [Thinking!!
Everything he does with Wei Wuxian is pretty embarrassing.
......] I overindulged in wine once, years ago...I'm told I caused quite a lot of trouble then, too.
no subject
It's always wine, isn't it? [You'd think people would have learned at this point.]
Did they tell you what you did? Or was it so bad that they changed the subject?
no subject
[Unless Wuxian spiking the porridge that one time counts? Maybe that counts.
Gods are allowed to keep secrets.]
Well, it was a long time ago, but if I remember right it was mostly things like destroying street stalls and attacking people.
no subject
You're actually kind of violent deep inside, huh. [She remembers what you did to that puppet!]
no subject
[Just look at this muscle arm! It's skinny but !!!]
no subject
[It takes more than a muscle arm, Xie Lian!]
no subject
[it takes a whole muscle body, is that what you mean]
