t's very, very cold. It's cold enough that you'll see your breath fog in the air before you, that goosebumps appear on your arms and legs and a chill goes up your spine. You're inside, in a huge palace with sweeping arches and rooms, but it's no real shelter from the cold -- it's just as cold inside as out.
There's a throne room, a kitchen, various rooms and even a dungeon to be explored -- and outside, a frigid, frozen garden, a lake that's naturally frozen over, and miles, and miles of snow as far as the eye can see.
But be careful while you explore. The snowflake soldiers are naturally dangerous, but even more dangerous than that...there's that creeping sensation of numbness going up your arm, a pang through your chest, and the slow, slow freezing from the inside out.
Try not to leave any of your friends behind, okay? Even if they might look a bit too uncannily like some of the statues hanging around for decoration when they're frozen over.

At this rate, we'll be frozen to death before I finish. My knife's gone dull, anyway.

[ he stares at the knife and the makeshift whetstone, then the map again. ]
I'll sharpen it for you if you want. You just need to sit there and focus on warming up until you get better.

[ he's not about to do much of anything, judging by the fact that he doesn't even open his eyes again to reply. ]
You think I'll get better?

certainly this won't go wrong. ]
Of course you will. Every single one of us have those kinds of days, but I'm sure you'll be back on your feet good as new very soon~... Even mere bugs you find in the trash would still find a way to keep on living, so you should follow their example as well. ♪

No, it's not a bad day. I think I'm sick. Or cursed, maybe. I don't understand how those things work.
[ the uplifting(?) speech may as well have been delivered to a rock for how much it seems to affect him. ]

[ he winces and immediately stops sharpening the knife, eyeing the tiny yet rather deep cut on his finger. ouch, that smarts too much that he's already tearing up a little. ]
Nn, sorry, I messed up.
[ he sucks in a deep breath, enduring the pain as he reaches for the edge of the blanket lupin's wrapped in. ]

You'll stain it.
[ the blanket, that is. ]
