[ so! they've agreed to meet up, at least, and levy suggested they go on a mission together for team bonding, but there's a very important matter to settle first. ]

Does anyone have a preference on who should be our team lead...? I did lead my team back in Fairy Tail - Shadow Gear! - so I have experience but I don't mind having someone else lead, either.

If you've got experience leading a team, then I say you should do it. I don't think I'm quite leadership material, haha...

Oh! It's the mage guild I'm part of. And in that case...I don't mind taking the lead! [ she can handle it. first things first... ] Speaking of the mage guild, my magic is "Solid Script". A quick demonstration might be in order so we know one another's abilities...

They're groups of mages that take on quests and missions together! Sort of like a big family...and this is "Solid Script". It's limited by my vocabulary and my magic power...

Definitely not like anything I've ever seen.... It's completely solid?

[She still looks a little bewildered. It's not like she hasn't seen literal magic here in awash, but she was still so used to orbal arts--]

I'm part of a guild too, though it's sort of a continent wide organization... we're not mages or anything though. Just combat and investigation specialists.

Well, I can fight! This staff isn't just for show.

[She offers them both another smile, before rummaging in the pack on her hip and pulling out... a pocketwatch???

No, it had no numbers. It does, however, have tiny slots on the face in which colored, polished stones are set.]

I can also use this to cast orbal arts. Attack arts, support arts or healing. Stuff like that. I guess some people would compare it to magic?
