Event Ten.

Little Willie, mean as hell,
Pushed his sister in a well.
Mother said, while drawing water,
"My, it's hard to raise a daughter."

t's pretty dark and miserable down in the well. The cavernous area feels much larger than a well should be, bodies milling about in the darkness and knee deep, frigid water. So you're here -- and you're not alone, and the only way out appears to be the thin circle of sunlight from above, the opening of the well.

(And elsewhere, in the Town, everyone's waking up to gifts of various usefulness, but hopefully they remember to check the well today even so!)

What now?

Welcome to Awash's tenth event log, and the intro log for this month, everyone! All new characters have found themselves waking in the well in the middle of the Town. Hopefully they can get a hand out! For more information, please go here!

Meanwhile, the current characters have some new gifts.

If there are any questions, please ask them here, and have fun! Thank you!

Are you serious...?

[ They ask this, despite knowing very well that they can tell the difference between Phos' newfound deceptive habit and/or typical joking and when they're being serious. Did Phos miss sulky Cairngorm? Because that's what they're going to get in response to that completely wack account of what's going on at home. They crouch down on the ground, holding their face in their hands both to hide their expression and to make sure this is truly, really happening. ]

Don't take me for a fool. There's no way I'd agree to that, I don't want to go. You probably forced me into it...

[ Are they wrong? Are they wrong. There's a long pause while they let out a defeated, tired sigh. This is exactly why they didn't want Phos here. ]

...Besides, is it really that out of the question that they could have messed with our memories? Nothing about this place "adds up".

[ So why question it? ]
