Event Ten.

Little Willie, mean as hell,
Pushed his sister in a well.
Mother said, while drawing water,
"My, it's hard to raise a daughter."

t's pretty dark and miserable down in the well. The cavernous area feels much larger than a well should be, bodies milling about in the darkness and knee deep, frigid water. So you're here -- and you're not alone, and the only way out appears to be the thin circle of sunlight from above, the opening of the well.

(And elsewhere, in the Town, everyone's waking up to gifts of various usefulness, but hopefully they remember to check the well today even so!)

What now?

Welcome to Awash's tenth event log, and the intro log for this month, everyone! All new characters have found themselves waking in the well in the middle of the Town. Hopefully they can get a hand out! For more information, please go here!

Meanwhile, the current characters have some new gifts.

If there are any questions, please ask them here, and have fun! Thank you!

[ Bless you, Connor... good android friend.

It takes a bit of huffing and puffing, but Momo manages to stand upright and haul Connor closer to the well's dimpled walls. Not much of a leg up, but a start.

Mm, I'm sorry I didn't even ask first...!

[ As if 'hey, are you a human or nah?' is something most people ask someone they've just met. Momo laughs through it, at the very least. ]

You're sure you're gonna be ok? Let's at least try to get you out as quickly as we can...!

That's alright. I should have made my identity clear from the beginning.

[If Momo didn't realize he was an android from his attire, Connor should have identified himself as one. It's his mistake. But normally people know right away... it's odd.

He reaches for the wall of the well, trying to find a good handhold.]

I really am alright. I'll get out of here and throw a rope down for you.

[He finally finds one he can grab onto, and starts pulling himself up.]
