t's pretty dark and miserable down in the well. The cavernous area feels much larger than a well should be, bodies milling about in the darkness and knee deep, frigid water. So you're here -- and you're not alone, and the only way out appears to be the thin circle of sunlight from above, the opening of the well. (And elsewhere, in the Town, everyone's waking up to gifts of various usefulness, but hopefully they remember to check the well today even so!) What now? Welcome to Awash's tenth event log, and the intro log for this month, everyone! All new characters have found themselves waking in the well in the middle of the Town. We don't really have calendars here, so it's hard to keep track of time. But I started keeping a journal, and if my calculations aren't off, I'm pretty sure I've been here .... a little over a month, maybe two months.

[ so, not very long. ] That being said, I also came here by myself. Some people are like you, who come here and meet other people from your own world. Others just follow after a time ... there's no real logic to it, and it's difficult to say whether being here attracts others to just turn up in the well.

( man, that sucks. being stuck here alone, being stuck here at all kind of sucks but at least yuu has someone he knows. which means guren was stuck here by himself for a while too, right? even if mika was also here for a time. )

I'm sorry. But you have friends now, right? So you're not totally alone or anything.

Well, most people in town are good to each other. It makes it easier to live here when someone's always ready to help you just because you're all in the same boat.

That being said, I'd be worried if any of my friends were here. So I don't mind if I'm alone. [ and yes he's met somebody from his world too but he's not counting him because who cares about jotaro and jotaro was a different mess entirely and he wouldn't mind it if the well took back that large boy entirely. ]
