t's pretty dark and miserable down in the well. The cavernous area feels much larger than a well should be, bodies milling about in the darkness and knee deep, frigid water. So you're here -- and you're not alone, and the only way out appears to be the thin circle of sunlight from above, the opening of the well. (And elsewhere, in the Town, everyone's waking up to gifts of various usefulness, but hopefully they remember to check the well today even so!) What now? Welcome to Awash's tenth event log, and the intro log for this month, everyone! All new characters have found themselves waking in the well in the middle of the Town. I do. But I've only gone in there when I had no other choice, and I always made sure to have someone with me.

[ her expression indicates she's taking him seriously, at least. He feels like people tend to ignore these warnings. ]

I've had friends go in there and come out worse for wear, too. [ a beat. He frowns. ] Or not come out at all.

but she's fur sure taking mental notes on everything he says, so at least lupin doesn't have to worry about something going in one ear and out the other.

the last thing he says definitely gets a more somber expression from her, however. ]

I'm sorry, Lupin-san... I didn't mean to make you recall something so painful.

[ loss in the middle of danger is definitely not lost to her, but somehow hearing that that's what happened is different.

unfortunately, her mind doesn't quite go to "staying away". if anything, hearing all of this makes her think that the forest is too dangerous to just leave alone like that... ]

[ What a sweet girl. Lupin shakes his head, smiling gently. ]

No need to apologize. I'm tough - it doesn't bother me to talk about it. All I'm worried about is you taking me seriously. It would break my heart if a nice girl like you got hurt in there, you know?

[ or anyone, for that matter, but especially a cute girl! ]

Other than that... I'd recommend not eating anything that doesn't have color. The taste is awful. Oh, and a lot of these buildings aren't in great shape, so be careful not to step on any nails or things like that.
