Welcome to Awash's tenth event log, and the intro log for this month, everyone! All new characters have found themselves waking in the well in the middle of the Town. Hopefully they can get a hand out! For more information, please go here! | |
t's pretty dark and miserable down in the well. The cavernous area feels much larger than a well should be, bodies milling about in the darkness and knee deep, frigid water. So you're here -- and you're not alone, and the only way out appears to be the thin circle of sunlight from above, the opening of the well.

One of my roommates, and my archery teacher, both vanished recently. I do hope they're alright. [ she rubs her temple and sighs. ] My apologies. I shouldn't burden you with so much information right away. You must be disoriented from everything happening.

We could try it again. Or, maybe... we could just log however often we see someone ourselves. It'll be less comprehensive, but that mean we don't have to make other people feel like we're constantly nagging at them to check in, either.

But you're right, we should strive to make some sort of check-up routine. Even if people are bothered and annoyed, they can do so with the knowledge that we at least have some record of their presence.

I like the way you think Sadie. Persistence is key in a realm such as this one. [ for the quests, for communicating, and so on. one must be self-motivated. ] Whoever you're staying with, I would start there. You'll be the first to know if something made it so they wouldn't be back the next day.
