t's pretty dark and miserable down in the well. The cavernous area feels much larger than a well should be, bodies milling about in the darkness and knee deep, frigid water. So you're here -- and you're not alone, and the only way out appears to be the thin circle of sunlight from above, the opening of the well. (And elsewhere, in the Town, everyone's waking up to gifts of various usefulness, but hopefully they remember to check the well today even so!) What now? Welcome to Awash's tenth event log, and the intro log for this month, everyone! All new characters have found themselves waking in the well in the middle of the Town. I suppose I shouldn't complain. That's a lot better than having to rely on other people's generosity for food. [ anyway he prefers his blood remain inside of his body. ] I don't recommend going out the waters, though. It's too cold, and there are monsters in there. Last time we fought against sirens.

I can't drink human blood, I have to get nutrients somewhere.

Sardines are an excellent source of nutrition! They're a good source of vitamin D, calcium and protein, not to mention trace minerals like iron and selenium. You should eat some to keep yourself healthy.

Oh? What kind of monsters besides sirens?

When I get my hands on them, I will. [ he sounds so amused as he says it.
