Little Willie, mean as hell, Pushed his sister in a well. Mother said, while drawing water, "My, it's hard to raise a daughter."

t's pretty dark and miserable down in the well. The cavernous area feels much larger than a well should be, bodies milling about in the darkness and knee deep, frigid water. So you're here -- and you're not alone, and the only way out appears to be the thin circle of sunlight from above, the opening of the well. (And elsewhere, in the Town, everyone's waking up to gifts of various usefulness, but hopefully they remember to check the well today even so!) What now? Welcome to Awash's tenth event log, and the intro log for this month, everyone! All new characters have found themselves waking in the well in the middle of the Town. There isn't space on mine to draw anything. [she's wearing geta!! old-fashioned geta!! how does she walk in these] But if I could, then maybe I'd draw a monster of some kind.

The cute kind, or the scary kind?

That sounds fun, though. Like having Halloween every day!

[she's good when she puts effort in, but usually it's just insulting doodles. But at the mention of Halloween, her attention span immediately switches.]

Oh, so you're familiar with Halloween? [look she's a sengoku bean don't judge her] So is it really possible to have it every day?

[ He notices her #aesthetic, but it doesn't really click until she says something about 'knowing' Halloween... this must be all the weird time stuff that people have been talking about??

He's got a lot of questions, but this is what he's going to say, for now: ]

Well, I guess you could! [ momo nO ] If you wanna dress up and have fun every day, isn't that basically Halloween?

[ Oh no... The Big Shiny Eyes. Momo is weak??? How can he refuse someone who looks so excited and expectant... how can he deny anyone from Having Fun and living their best lives!!!!

Which is to say, he has no idea how much terror he's unleashed... Okuni sure seems like a lively, upbeat person! Nothing at all ominous or bad about this at all, not in the least.

Yeah! [ RIP ] I mean, the pranks should be harmless, and I don't know what kind of candy you'd find here...? But that sounds super fun, doesn't it?

[ Again, RIP. ] I think you'd make a really cute monster! The ones with springy ears and big paws...!

Haha! [Okuni just LAUGHS at this notion of her being a cute monster... ominous... but she sure is happy!!] It's fine! As long as I get to see some tears or hear lots of shrieking, then that's all I need.

I don't know about springy ears, but there are monsters here that are part lobster and part bear! I could definitely look like that if I try hard enough.

Good thing she mentions actual monsters, that's something Momo can focus on without being too alarmed. Scratch that, he's pretty alarmed. ]
