Little Willie, mean as hell, Pushed his sister in a well. Mother said, while drawing water, "My, it's hard to raise a daughter."

t's pretty dark and miserable down in the well. The cavernous area feels much larger than a well should be, bodies milling about in the darkness and knee deep, frigid water. So you're here -- and you're not alone, and the only way out appears to be the thin circle of sunlight from above, the opening of the well. (And elsewhere, in the Town, everyone's waking up to gifts of various usefulness, but hopefully they remember to check the well today even so!) What now? Welcome to Awash's tenth event log, and the intro log for this month, everyone! All new characters have found themselves waking in the well in the middle of the Town. Yeah, it is pretty amazing, isn't it?

[...she's practically preening... but, right. Rope. That, she's... having a harder time finding, but she does find a vine, which she breaks off and throws partway down the well.]

Here, can you reach that?

It is! How stupendous!

[Sidon is easily amazed by the skills of others. However he looks at the vine and calls back to her once more.]

I can but, do you think it will break under my weight? Perhaps a few more might help to make it stronger!

What, are you really that heavy?

[Sure, he's tall, but she was also under the impression that fish were kind of light. Ah, well. She nods and darts off to go look for some more.

A few minutes later, she throws four more down.

One of them is a green snake. Sorry Sidon.]

I would rather ere on the side of caution!

[Truth be told, it's not like Zora weigh themselves. The times when Zora need to climb out somewhere with vines is a rather rare one. Which is why he doesn't even notice the snake as he pulls, and the snake is nothing but a hilarious little footnote.

He does manage to climb up after some effort.]

[Sadie lets go of the vines and the snake once Sidon is up, which sends them all tumbling down into the water there. (Poor literally everyone else who hasn't crawled out of the well yet.)]

You're welcome! ...aren't you gonna dry up out here, though?

[He looks pretty fishy, after all.]

[Without missing a beat, Sidon will then find other vines and let them downwards towards anyone still down there to help them out before looking back at her, a grin on his face.]

Have you never met Zora's before? I will need some water, but I can survive outside bodies of water.
