Welcome to Awash's tenth event log, and the intro log for this month, everyone! All new characters have found themselves waking in the well in the middle of the Town. Hopefully they can get a hand out! For more information, please go here! | |
t's pretty dark and miserable down in the well. The cavernous area feels much larger than a well should be, bodies milling about in the darkness and knee deep, frigid water. So you're here -- and you're not alone, and the only way out appears to be the thin circle of sunlight from above, the opening of the well.

[He clamps a hand over his own mouth, glancing over his shoulder to check no one else heard. A number one hero shouldn't badmouth coworkers, even if it is kind of true...]
Ahem! He can be kind of scary, so... Can you tell me more about the defence force? What kind of villains are you up against in this town?

[It's Aizawa, he got it!! Guren loves that reaction, but alright, he can take even this seriously. Let's see... villains, really?]
No villains. None in sight, anyway. There's one user on the forums that gives us quests, and there's no real way of knowing if they're the one responsible for us showing up here or not. Other than that... it's monsters from the forest or the water. Most of the time, we're the ones told to go hunt them. Other times, they come into the town to attack.
I created the defense force to help encourage a group of people that didn't know each other well to create bonds and learn about each other. Better understanding means better teamwork, and it means we can take on whatever comes at us that much better.

[He punches the air, and flashes him a grin. It'll be an interesting change of pace from smashing villains, at any rate, so it takes him barely a matter of seconds to decide.]

[He jabs a thumb at himself.] I recently assigned everyone to squads to encourage teamwork and bonding between members. They'll switch up in a couple of months, but I can add you to one, if you want.
[There's no need to screen this guy— he knows Izuku well enough, after taking him on as his own student. He trusts his judgement.]

Not at all. [BLUNTLY REVEALS THE TRUTH... Sorry.] Izuku's the biggest troublemaker of them all, and Ochako was kidnapped last month. ...Actually, Shouto is probably the one who ends up in trouble the least, so I can't say anything bad about him.
