Little Willie, mean as hell, Pushed his sister in a well. Mother said, while drawing water, "My, it's hard to raise a daughter."

t's pretty dark and miserable down in the well. The cavernous area feels much larger than a well should be, bodies milling about in the darkness and knee deep, frigid water. So you're here -- and you're not alone, and the only way out appears to be the thin circle of sunlight from above, the opening of the well. (And elsewhere, in the Town, everyone's waking up to gifts of various usefulness, but hopefully they remember to check the well today even so!) What now? Welcome to Awash's tenth event log, and the intro log for this month, everyone! All new characters have found themselves waking in the well in the middle of the Town. [Sadly for her, trying to shove him is like shoving a brick wall, but he does set her down quickly once they're back on solid ground. Now that they're out of the well his voice isn't quite so loud either, but... still loud.]

My apologies, young miss! My intention wasn't to cause any discomfort, but staying trapped in that well looked far more uncomfortable! Are you uninjured?

[robitussin]

Most people would have at least asked first. Anyways, I'm fine, thanks.

[That's said with a sigh, but while she still looks exasperated, she looks curious now as well.]

What's with your... everything?

[The way he speaks, the way he looks, that jump... There's a list of Questions accumulating already.]

[smaaaaaash]

[It's hard to believe he's speaking to someone who doesn't seem to recognise him. Just what kind of place is this? She isn't showing any signs of having been drugged by their kidnappers...

He coughs to clear his throat, then, striking a suitably heroic pose:]

I am All Might! Number one hero and Symbol of Peace! Here for all your well-rescuing needs!

[robitussin]

[There's another pause as she just stares at him. Skeptical is probably the best way to describe her expression, and she raises her eyebrows as she responds.]

You're weird.

[With that very important observation out of the way, she continues on. The skepticism from her expression spreads into her voice as she crosses her arms; from her tone and body language, it's fairly clear she's expecting the answer to her next question to be "no".]

Anyways, would you happen to know where we are and how we showed up here, number one hero?

[smaaaaaash]

HA HA HA HA HA!

[He just throws back his head and does a hammy stage laugh to respond to being called weird, so... yeah. Definitely weird.]

I'm afraid I arrived in the same manner as you, so I know very little! But I plan to find out more at once, so please be patient while I go on ahead.

[robitussin]

I didn't say anything funny...?

[Or she didn't mean to, at least. Regardless, what he says next actually seems to irritate her (which isn't very difficult at all, honestly), and her next words are delivered with an Attitude.]

I don't need your help to get answers. I was just asking in case you already knew, but you're not the only one who can try to figure things out.

[Teenagers.]

[smaaaaaash]

[...He's used to dealing with attitude from some of the students in his classes, although he can't say that he's any closer to learning how to deal with it well. Sigh.]

That's fine, young miss, but I'm not sure if the area is dangerous or not. Can't you wait just a little while until I'm done scouting around?

[robitussin]

[She pauses for a moment, looking around. As she crosses her arms, ever defiant, she glances back towards him.]

If you think it might be dangerous, wouldn't it be worse to just leave me here alone?

[smaaaaaash]

[oh my goodness please stop arguing with everything he says he's so bad at this]

There are other people around the well... [okay nevermind LISTEN] In that case, let's go together! If anything dangerous does happen, I'll keep you safe.

[robitussin]

[Meanwhile, Natalie, given that she is incapable of letting anyone live at any point, just gives another small shrug to his first point before speaking.]

Sure, let's walk. Which random direction are you picking to search for answers?

[smaaaaaash]

Over there!

[He points. It's not actually a random direction, but a path, albeit an overgrown-looking one.]

A well means there are people living nearby. Provided that's true, we won't have to search far for clues! [And he's already setting off. They'll have to go single file with how poorly maintained the path is, so he can move any branches out of their way by going first.]
