Welcome to Awash's tenth event log, and the intro log for this month, everyone! All new characters have found themselves waking in the well in the middle of the Town. Hopefully they can get a hand out! For more information, please go here! | |
t's pretty dark and miserable down in the well. The cavernous area feels much larger than a well should be, bodies milling about in the darkness and knee deep, frigid water. So you're here -- and you're not alone, and the only way out appears to be the thin circle of sunlight from above, the opening of the well.

A lot, actually, which is why he's not exactly surprised by the sudden appearance of a familiar face -- or the fact that he jumps straight into the beat of his own drum without wasting a breath.
Crowley stares down to see Yuu drying his hair off with his cape, lips pressed into a thin line as his brows furrow. ]

yuu runs it over the top of his head, rubs out the dampness as best as he can before dropping it and shaking his head to get any left over loose droplets out. )
Can't you just run around really fast to dry it?

But Crowley doesn't attempt to pull away, allowing Yuu to thoroughly dry off his hair. His eyes take a look at the cape, lifting his arm and shaking it dismissively before he gives up on it entirely. ]
You know I hate running, stupid, or are you trying to avoid it because you don't remember how to wash your clothing?

I don't remember any of that. [ He says bluntly, lips pressed into a firm line. ] So that means you must come from a place after me... but there's no way time is moving with us not there if both of us remember someone being near us before coming here.

[ But it's brief, as he brings a hand to his face and sighs; brows curved and lips still poised into a smile, it's difficult to tell if he's surprised or not by Yuu's nonchalant attitude. Honestly it should be expected by someone that he wouldn't immediately describe as worldly. ]

No way. You can handle that stuff, but I'm definitely going to help take stuff of of Guren's shoulders.

What kind of work is Guren giving you anyway?

Whenever there's new quests given he throws me into one, so I typically have to help a few of the other people here. Especially if it's killing something.
[ Because there's only so many people here willing to kill living beings without being weighed down by a heavy conscious. It's an easy job, usually, but that doesn't mean he particularly enjoys doing any of it. ]
Besides that I always have to make sure I'm at my best behavior.
