Welcome to Awash's tenth event log, and the intro log for this month, everyone! All new characters have found themselves waking in the well in the middle of the Town. Hopefully they can get a hand out! For more information, please go here! | |
t's pretty dark and miserable down in the well. The cavernous area feels much larger than a well should be, bodies milling about in the darkness and knee deep, frigid water. So you're here -- and you're not alone, and the only way out appears to be the thin circle of sunlight from above, the opening of the well.

This is a Tohru reaction, but she's talking like Shigure, and Kisa's a little too flustered from almost faceplanting and now this--
Excuse her, Kaoru. She's gone a little stiff from the shock. ]

[And after squeezing a bit more tightly for a second she finally let's go.]
I'm Kaoru Akashi, what's your name?

... And nothing comes out, so she closes it with a bit of a miserable grimace. Well. She's not sure what she expected, there. ]

But she's gotten an idea or two after meeting Dex.
She reaches out to take one of her hands and turns it palm up. Then, with a finger, she slowly traces the characters of her own name as if introducing herself again.
Then she holds out her own hand, palm up, smiling encouragingly.]

But she grasps the concept well enough, and when Kaoru holds out her hand, Kisa only hesitates slightly before bringing a finger forward and etching the characters of her name onto her palm.
