Pussy's in the well. Who put her in? Little Johnny Thin. Who pulled her out? Little Tommy Stout. What a naughty boy was that, To try to drown poor pussy cat, Who never did him any harm, But killed all the mice in the farmer's barn.
Welcome to Awash's first intro log, everyone! Please review the FAQ and rules before playing. Characters have all woken at the bottom of the well in the middle of the town (which seems a lot bigger on the inside, somehow), and it looks like they'll have to put in some work to get out.

ou wake in knee-deep water, cold as ice and stagnant, in a space that is far too echoey and spacious. It feels like a massive cave, but looking up... there's only one small, circular opening that shows grey sky and shines any sort of light.

That he's been unbelievably delusional all this time that he somehow managed to hallucinate it all.
But, so far, that hasn't happened yet.
Terra isn't expecting to meet any of his friends here, or anyone who'd know him. Mostly because he's sure that they're off in another place -- or rather, world -- entirely and he needs to catch up with them. But, the blond-haired girl surprises him more than he thought he could've been today. She states that she knows who he is.
Unsurprisingly, he's surprised. ]
What do you mean by that? How do you know who I am?
[ Is she one of Aqua or Ven's friends, he wonders? Is she the reason he was able to get free? Could he be meeting his benefactor so soon? Before he knows it, he suddenly has a million questions that he's eager to ask. So he just adds one real quick because he can. ]
Do you know Aqua or Ven?

I know of them. Like I know of you. I-- I'm from a time when Riku has become a skilled Keyblade wielder in his own right. Do you remember Riku?
no subject
I remember him. Riku told you about me?
[ Another question occurs to him. He struggles with this one a bit because on one hand, he wants to believe they're alright. But, on the other hand, it's been awhile, and he's lost track of time. He vaguely wonders if she would even know, but she recognized his appearance, so maybe... ]
And...Aqua and Ven -- are they alright?
no subject
Still, she forges ahead, wanting to at least put some of his worries to rest.]
They're in trouble, but they're not in immediate danger. Riku and his friends are making plans to help them.
[A pause, and then looks down at her feet.]
The last I heard, at least. I was brought here right as they were making plans to set out to the other worlds again.
[Left behind again, nothing but a quiet presence in the back of Kairi's mind.]

At least...their lights haven't been smothered by darkness. There's a moment of silence at the thought as he gazes down at his hands. Then he takes a look back over at the blond-haired girl. ]
...Thanks, for telling me that.
[ He can at least say that much. He isn't some ungrateful bastard. She...tried to tell him as much as she could and helped him out, he thinks. That's more that could be said of some people. ]
You already know my name, but I don't think I ended up getting yours.
