Here's Haru, holding hands with a relative stranger - who is actually Clark Kent! As in Superman! - all decked out in her Metaverse gear, with Milady bobbing helpfully behind her. Well, not so much bobbing or helpfully but kind of -- ominously, theatrically floating in a very purple fashion. But none of those words can help form a sentence quite so gregariously, alas.

The point is, Haru is definitely somewhere she never thought she would be in life. She's also worrying that her hand is sweaty and gross.

As Milady fires off a round of gun-like damage at the chimera's face (hah!), she gives Clark a concerned look. ]

This isn't unpleasant, is it? If I'm perspiring too much, please let me know.

[That's all right. As odd powers go, this definitely isn't the strangest of them, and when she'd explained about the whole thing, it had actually been less confusing than some of the people he's known for years on the Justice League.

...the gun is new, though. Not that he holds anything against her, considering. Instead, he's pulling her out of the path of a swiping claw and following up with a blast of heat-vision. ]
