he full moon hangs brightly over the Town, hovering so low that it almost feels as though you could reach out and touch it. It should be comforting. But as the howl of wolves fills the air, it's anything but. There are werewolves on the prowl, and their target is very clear -- the Town won't be able to last without your help. What were they even doing down there though? [He might also just be talking to distract him from the bite.]

[Sora scratches his cheek. The distraction is handy, though. Sora's arm is bleeding through the fabric of the shirt but he doesn't seem to notice much.]

It's a long story... But the short version is my friends Hercules and Megara were stuck down there after Herc lost a wager with Hades. So, I had to get him and Meg out of there as fast I could. But I ran into this guy named Auron who was being mind-controlled by Hades too! It was a busy day for me.

[It's the least he can do until he gets them somewhere where they can get it taken care of. Not to mention he's genuinely a little baffled by this.]

That sounds like a pretty big headache...but I guess everything turned out alright in the end or you wouldn't be here. Were your friends okay? What happened to the mind-controlled guy? [Is this normal???]

[Oh the stories he could tell John... This is just a small piece of the ones Sora has.

They head down an empty alleyway. Luckily it seems to be rather wolf-free. Hopefully, it stays that way.]

Yeah! We made it out! ... But Auron, he... [A small sad frown.] He was already dead so we couldn't take him with us out of the Underworld. He had to stay. But we managed to break his mind-control so he was himself again.

Thanks, by the way, John. You really helped me back there.

[There's a sympathetic look at the mention of Auron's fate. It's the kind of sad story he doesn't know what to do with and how to proceed with, and it's something he thinks about in terms of people he knows, too. It's why he doesn't directly reply outside of a nod of understanding.]

A bright side along with the downside then. And don't worry about it. That's what we have to do for each other in this town don't you think? If we aren't helping each other we're going to end up in a really bad situation. [Away from the wolves, he slows down to look at Sora's arm again.] It looks like it needs to be tied off again.

[Sora smiles brighter despite the pain in his arm or the sad story that got brought up with all this. He knows that despite the fact that Auron was stuck in the Underworld he was happy to be free of Hades' control. For that, he knows Auron is at peace and finally free from his past. But that's another story.]

You're right, we gotta watch out for each other. Or days like these would be way worse. You're a good guy, John!

[His arm feels hot and itchy... He shifts the shirt and frowns a bit.] Can I ask for one more favour with tying this?

[windeity]

[Sora why are you actually sunshine? But John just laughs a little, waving off the comment.] I don't know if I'd say that. I just want to help.

[But speaking of, he pauses and he nods to move closer and investigate Sora's arm.] Sure thing though. We might need another cloth or something, too. This will work for now but it's still filling up pretty fast. [Nevertheless he's not going to leave Sora hanging and he's fine with tying it off.]

[Must be the gross sunny shounen protag genes coming through. He just tells it like it is.] Still. Thanks a lot.

[He nods and allows John to help him out again.] I should get back to my house we got some clean stuff there I could use. It's feeling really itchy...

[Another grin. He'll take the thanks this time at least even as he eyes the bite.] Water to clean it out, too. How far's your house?

[oathkeeper]

Yep. Just a few streets over. In ruga.

[He hopes they don't run into any more werewolves along the way. Hopefully, everyone else is doing okay.]

Not bad. I'll be on the lookout from the back and aerial view. We can get past anything that way.

[oathkeeper]

Right!

[It's so nice having a new friend that can fly.

Luckily the trip back to his house is just fine. Seems the werewolves are being handled.]
