he full moon hangs brightly over the Town, hovering so low that it almost feels as though you could reach out and touch it. It should be comforting. But as the howl of wolves fills the air, it's anything but. There are werewolves on the prowl, and their target is very clear -- the Town won't be able to last without your help. The pack's moving in slower at least so we can keep up. I'm hoping it stays that way, but it's hard to say. [He hovers nearby, keeping his eyes on the ground.] I'm surprised we never ran into these things before.

You would think. But that forest is very deep... and we have never seen a full moon before now.

[NEW. Yusuke's assuming that the moon has something to do with it all, given the legends as well.]

You have a point...without a full moon, they wouldn't have any reason to be as aggressive as they are. But since we can't block out the moon I'm wondering if there's something else we can do. We haven't gone far enough in the forest, but maybe in the morning once we get an idea how many people are around we should look into making a barrier?

What kind of barrier would be most effective is the question...

Something that is especially deterring to them. I would imagine some kind of wall covered with thorns, but that is not precisely feasible. [But, you know, artist's brain.]

[windeity]

...what if we built a different wall? Leftover wood and brick from some of the houses falling apart in Ruga and Bluo? If it's a sound structure they'd have a harder time getting around it.

Do you think that we could complete it quickly enough...? [PONDERS. It'd work, Yusuke thinks, though time is a factor. Completing it before moonrise!]

Depends. How fast can you carry things and do you know how to use a hammer?

Quickly, I think. But not a lot at a time.

...And I'm not knowledgeable in how to use a hammer.

I can teach you as we go. I have a couple of free slots in my sylladex too so I can carry materials to wherever we think would be best to start building. I just need someone to help with the foundation.

[bufudyne]

Indeed... well, if you direct me, I shall do what I can. [Solemn nodding.]

I'll do my best. It'll help if we're both on guard, too. [A pause.] Your Persona thing can probably stop them in their tracks for a bit can't it?

Correct. Few things have an easy time climbing ice in the way.

Without a lot of traction they'll slip and we'll catch a break. If you can keep it up for long enough so we can build the ice walls, that would be awesome. It'll give us an edge.
