ONE: *EYE OF THE TIGER PLAYING IN THE DISTANCE.*
[ During the day, you'll find Selina just about anywhere, looking for fun and, yes, a way to make herself somewhat useful. While her boys -- Bruce, Damian, and poor, sweet-natured Clark, trapped with the awful Wayne family -- have all found ways to make themselves useful bettering the community like the good little heroes they are, Selina's more profitable skills are less marketable in Chroma.
And that's fine, really. There may not be anything interesting to steal around here, but there is plenty of adventure. (And yes, she has looked just about everywhere.)
You may find her in the middle of a good workout in Flavo, getting a few good hits in on a makeshift punching bag or cracking her whip. Occasionally, she'll volunteer for quests or hunting parties -- she's solid in a fight and, like all cats, Selina is a predator. She's a good hunter, even when things get a little tricky. ]
TWO: SHHHHHHHHHH!
[ In her downtime, later on in the evenings, you're likely to find Selina in the library in Bluo, making herself more than comfortable. You'll spot her all but sprawled out on the floor, idly flipping through the pages of whatever she can get her hands on.
As expected, it's all fairytale nonsense, but. It's nice. It's a nice way to kill the time and even Selina gets lazy once in a while. Maybe it'll even help her get the jump on this place, help her uncover something hidden.
She's not there every day, but it's often enough. She tends to disappear into the books, spending hours at a time at the library. After a while, she even finds herself enjoying some of the more morbid tales. ]
THREE: THE NIGHT LIFE
[ At night, Selina really starts to miss Gotham City. They've always had sort of a love-hate relationship, the city and her, but it's home. It's not just the stupid, silly, Nice-To-Have things she's gotten accustomed to like satellite television, a good pedicure, and bajillion thread count sheets, it's the essential things -- the parts that are part of her, the parts that ache for that familiarity, that she misses most when she's away.
She misses the ugliest parts of it. She misses the sights and sounds of the city, the neon lights and dilapidated marquees; she misses the tragic and familiar faces she's watched age over the years, some old friends from a past life she's long abandoned; she misses the winding network of alleyways and the view from above, and God, does she miss that view.
You might find Selina in the middle of the night, sprinting across rooftops in Ruga, and while it isn't nearly as fun as it is back home at 40 stories above, the cobblestone streets remind her of Alleytown; it's a nice reminder of home. She moves quickly, light on her feet, but there's always a chance you'll catch her. (Maybe. Probably not. Maybe it's just coincidental!) ]
FOUR: CHOOSE-YOUR-OWN-ADVENTURE
[ Anything goes! Want to plan out something? Feel free to hit me up atscottbummers, or honestly, just throw a starter on here. I'm pretty open to anything. ]

dave lives in ruga and also dave spends a lot of his insomniac moments up on the roof, just chilling out and watching the stars that now have color, or hanging out with the mutant geese he and john keep in a coop on the roof because
they're ridiculous.
someone sprinting across his roof catches his attention, but he's not about to go trying to catch her or anything, just: ]
Oh, sup.

And, really, who is she to judge?
Selina stops dead in her tracks, brow quirked and head whipping around to find the source of the voice. ]
Sup.
[ She backtracks a bit. ]
Hey, I know you, don't I?

[ not on random rooftops but like
hey ]

Right, right. The party. You were the kid that wished for formalwear. Sorry, that was a... fun night. I can't even recall if we got to introductions. [ A beat. ] I'm Selina. It's nice to meet you, Dave.

[ there's zero judgement in his voice, like this is a perfectly normal thing. ]

She nods, easily, her response equally casual: ]
Really helps clear the mind.
You just hang out up here a lot?
no subject
[ thanks again bro as ever ]

[ And slowly, closing the distance so they're not just... talking at each other from across the rooftop. ]
This part of town even sort of reminds me of where I grew up. A lot quieter, though. Meditative.
[ Chill. She gets it. ]

[ She grew up in a city that never sleeps. She's done plenty of traveling, vacationing, hiding out. It's not the only thing she knows, it's just what she knows. This place is... well. ]
It's kind of... maddening, isn't it? It's like it's too quiet. Or maybe I just like the noise. I miss the noise.

I miss my hair straighter.

Insomnia, mostly. I'm nocturnal. I'm not used to keeping such normal hours, but what else is there to do? Gotta take advantage of all that sunlight.
What about you? Having trouble sleeping?
