1: Cleaning and Set Up!

[Are you helping to clean? To cook? Either way there's a lot of work to get everything ready! And someone needs to bring blankets and pillows otherwise it won't be very comfortable, sleeping on the pews or floor.]



2: GAMES!

[What is a sleepover without games? Games on the schedule today include: Truth or Dare! Awash Hot or Not! Pillow Fights! Or even just plain gossiping! This is a sleepover so have fun! Enjoy these heart-pounding moments of youth! (Or maybe just enjoy this chance to embarrass your friends?)]



3. Sleeping!

[There are...stars! How wonderful! Maybe you want to take advantage of that and sleep outside? If you stay inside the church has been divided into a guy's side and a girl's side. (Perverts who cross the line will be prosecuted without mercy.)

Apart from that...right before sleep is a good time for some heart to heart, isn't it?]

Cleaning/Set-up

[One must be polite to their hosts... but Maribelle might be pushing it, going around to inspect everyone's pillows/blankets CAREFULLY.]

A loose string! We must get rid of that immediately. We must take proper care of our things during our stay. How can we possibly sleep at night knowing we're acting like ragamuffins?

[As she babbles on, you are given full permission to throw a pillow at her face.]

[Kind of awkward to do Hot Or Not when this is a mixed-gender sleepover, and potentially anyone is there... but surely no one would dare give her a crude Truth or Dare if the game starts up, right?]

An interesting game... it certainly is the type to build bonds. Very well, give me Truth, and I shall hold nothing back!

Sleeping

[She had been sleeping in the church, but for one reason or another, now she's sitting on the steps, hugging her knees, staring at the stars.]

... Lissa... Lord Chrom... everyone... are you seeing these same stars...?

She's the light of not only my life, but the entire land of Ylisse. Her smile can lift the spirits of our entire army at once. Truly, she is a goddess incarnate!

[Shiho's pillow and blankets don't have any loose strings, but she is lying on them right now and seemingly not being very helpful. (It's not just seeming, she really hasn't done anything at all for the past half-hour.)]

Don't we just sleep the normal way? [In fact, she's even reaching out to someone else's blanket and pulling a loose string out of it.]

Sleep the normal way? How can we sleep at all, knowing we're unkempt and disorderly? It'd be like sleeping in a barn!

But isn't that the good thing about being asleep? If you're doing it right, you're not supposed to even notice.

[As the person responsible for setting up this whole thing she's definitely helping out with set up! Though all she's good for is lifting larger pieces of rubble and putting them somewhere outside.

...the pile she was making looked like it started out as a regular pile but it seems at some point she started to stack them in a way that made it almost look like some kind of house.]

What good is a sleepover without games?! And what better game is there to play at a [Sort of] girl's only sleepover than rating the guys they know? [So some of the guys were close by too, but that's not a problem so much as they avoid talking badly about the whose feelings are easily hurt, right?]

I'll just warn you now though, I know someone who is 20, has a well-paying government job who is good with kids, has the hobbies of a dedicated housewife and also has the body of a swimsuit model so my standards are pretty high!

2.b:

[There's a pillow flying at your head seemingly out of nowhere. It's not going fast enough to hurt you but you'll need quick reflexes to dodge.

It doesn't matter if you're a guy or a girl! Kaoru is indiscriminate in her attack. Wanna get into a pillow fight with a psychokinetic?]

3:

[Kaoru didn't forget to cover herself with a blanket, really. It was just that she hadn't slept much during the shadow disaster and then she'd been so excited during the whole sleepover that when she finally fell asleep it happened suddenly and without any time for her to worry about something minor like blankets.

But that's fine since, as long as there's someone close enough to grab onto, Kaoru will latch onto them like some kind of cuddle octopus, be they someone who just came by to cover her with a blanket or someone who made their sleeping space a little too close.

Have fun trying to get out of her grip as she wraps her arms and legs around you.]

[That sounds like the ideal man, honestly, but! Kaoru!! Ochako is glancing at the people nearest to them, hoping that no one else heard that interesting suggestion.]

R-Rating? I don't know... that seems kind of mean. And everyone is so great!

[She forgot to mention he was also a genius. But oh well.]

It's not mean if we're just talking about whether or not we think they're good-looking, right? I know someone back home who thinks bald, fat and middle aged is moe, so everyone has their own tastes! If I say someone isn't hot it's not like it means anything except that I don't get that heart-pounding feeling when I see them!

Set Up:

[Okay, so bear with Momo a moment because she's taking all of this incredibly seriously. A sleepover is a sacred rite and it must not be sullied by a lack of materials. Which means she's standing in the corner, preparing the fluffiest accomodations she possibly can. That means using her Quirk to create blankets, pillows, and other extra soft things. It also means that she's basically tugging them out of her thigh...and concentrating pretty hard if anyone wants to comment.]


Games:

[These sorts of things are a little difficult for Momo, and she is more or less observing from the sidelines. Dragging her into this is totally okay, she's just got no idea what to do or how to involve herself. Eventually, if enough people seem involved, she'll slide in without prompting, though.]

Alright. I'll take a dare. That's how this goes, right?


Sleeping Closed to Kaoru.

[Snuggled up in her bedding, comfortable and dozing happily for the first time in a few weeks, Momo is an unsuspecting target that is...rather unfortunately...near an octopus with a name. This is trouble waiting to happen, apparently, and she has no idea.]

[Kaoru was mostly asleep herself, but she forgotten to cover herself with a blanket so she was cold! Almost instinctively, she rolls to the side looking for a warm body to hold onto and--oh, there's one.

And with that, she's dragging Momo in and wrapping her arms and her legs around her like Momo was some kind of dakimakura.]

[At first, Momo doesn't wake up. It's just something warm and soft touching her, and that's fine. She continues to snooze, the energy spent creating all the bedding making her sleep a little deeper.

Then she feels the grip tighten and solidify a little. Testing, tentative holds become something more firm...and that does make her stir...]

...huh...?

1. You're supposed to be helping, Sorey!

[Finding the church took a bit, but once he found it he quickly tried to figure out where he could help. Which was pretty easy, considering the state of the church.]

Is it really safe here?

[Though he supposes it's more structurally sound than some of the other buildings and houses around here. Barely.

In any case, though he came early to help clean and arrange whatever was indicated, he can't help but get constantly distracted by some of the fixtures and objects around the sanctuary.]

This stuff feels old...I wonder what religion this church was made for. It's not any I'm familiar with.

[He says this largely to himself as he's wandering around and pausing in his cleaning to inspect one thing or another. One could engage him in his scholarly conversation--or yell at him to get back to work.]


2. Someone teach this nerd how to play these games

Huh... [Sorey's huddling near with everyone else, listening as people talk and opting out of playing the games, though he does watch those too. Eventually, someone will probably force him to do something, right?]


3. Let the gentle shepherd watch over your sleep

[Since he'd been the one to propose the idea anyway on the forum, he figured it'd be only fair that he take first watch. This sleepover is meant to help them relax after the shadow ordeal, but he can't help but be worried. The town may be safe again, for now, but there was always the chance of something else happening, or something wandering in, or a guy trying to be sneaky.

And so, Sorey sits on the stairs near the front of the sanctuary, largely still on the boy's side from where the ink line had been drawn. The position gave him a clear enough view of the rest of the sanctuary that he could tell if anyone moved. It also gave him a view of the door, in case anything or anyone tried to enter.

Sadly, though the moonlight appeared to help in giving some visibility to the sanctuary, it didn't give enough to allow him to read the book he brought. Good thing, then, that he wasn't the only one on this guard shift.]

Oh? What kind of religions are those?

[Though his interests tend to be more on the archaeological side, debating with Mikleo for as long as he has made him learn to appreciate all aspects of a culture. Religion was one of those aspects, and maybe if they can figure something out about the kind of worship that took place here, they might learn something about the previous people who lived here.]

[Kaoru is the sort of person to spot the wallflowers and drag them in, so of course she's going to popo up right at Sorey's side--slightly over his shoulder because her most natural way of being is off the ground.]

[He'd been distracted by watching everyone else, so when Kaoru suddenly speaks from ovee his shoulder it causes him to jump. Just a bit. Comically whirling around to face her.]

Ah, um, how do you play exactly?

1. Clearly the boys are useless in this department...

[It would be in a church, wouldn't it?

Kaoru had said as much, but it didn't really sink in until he was actually there. Just like a certain scholarly boy above, Rin was getting distracted while cleaning as well, though for entirely different reasons. It wasn't a perfect match to where he had grown up but that didn't stop the memories that were keeping him occupied.

He really should have visited the monastery more back home...

A rag in one hand that was supposed to be cleaning up the layers of dust indicated that he had been working, but his other hand was simply resting on one of the pews and his gaze was distant.

Someone come snap him out of this.]

2. He still doesn't understand what the point of a sleepover is...

[Rin does know what some of the games are, though. He's not completely clueless, even if he doesn't fully grasp what the point of all this is.

Awkwardness has kicked in to overdrive, though, and while he helpfully provided a small selection of snacks for the get together he seems to be avoiding any further human interaction. He's watching some of the games, yes, but not participating of his own volition.

Were this his group of friends from the cram school things would likely be different, but he's still getting used to making a whole new set of friends and a lot of his old, old habits from before True Cross Academy have come back in a bad way.

Clearly someone needs to change that.]

3.a He doesn't mean to be annoying

[Sometimes his tail really does have a mind of its own.

Being unable to fall asleep and head heavy with thoughts of home is apparently a signal to his fluffy appendage to thump on the wooden floor beneath him. He doesn't seem to notice that he's making an awful lot of noise with it, his tired eyes simply staring at the ceiling above him.

Sorry to anyone who happens to be nearby.]

3.b So this is a thing he does

[Kaoru already knows this. She's experienced it first hand.

Rin does something strange when he sleeps. It doesn't happen every time, but being in this place has made it a little more frequent.

He sleeps with his eyes open.

Not completely, but just enough that it would be startling to anyone who wasn't aware and made the mistake of looking at him at the right moment. That moment being now - mouth partially open in a drooling snore, eyes half lidded but glassy, limbs splayed awkwardly...

Yeah. Have fun with that.]

4. Obvious Wildcard

[Moving debris was easy because it was fun. Dusting was harder though because it was just so...boring.

Still, since she was the one who wanted to set up this sleepover she needed to take responsibility!

But that doesn't mean she's not taking any excuse to do something else. So she's just, hovering at his shoulder.]

Penny for your thoughts? I don't have any pennies though so you'll just have to take an IOU.

[Shiho has tried to ignore that thumping in the beginning. Just think of it as some sort of ASMR thing, she'd thought. Think of it like the soothing sounds of thunder storms and waterfalls that people liked listening to so much.

But she fails completely, finally sitting up, grabbing a fistful of (someone else's) abandoned pillow and throwing it with psychometry-assisted aim straight for Rin's face.]

[The cry sounded along with the WHUMP of the pillow hitting him square in the face, causing him to flail until the pillow slides off his face.

He sat up straight, giving a snarl as he hissed out quietly:]
