[With John keeping Dave busy, Minato and Caramia and Ignis are able to put together Food of Some Variety--

And with everyone else's help, it's possible to make sure there's a proper table, chairs, even clean dishware to use for all of the food.

Of course, you can't really expect a group this rambunctious to have a proper family dinner, can you? They tried.]

[After a little while has passed in the party zone Okuyasu wanders into the kitchen for more snacks, surprised to see someone has just been lurking in here the whole time. He can't even remember seeing this guy come in, when did he get here...? Huh.

Regardless, he gets himself another piece of fruit or whatever they're passing off as snacks and nods to Caramia, before turning and making it to the doorway of the kitchen before he stops and turns back around.]

Oh, you're that guy! Hey! [HEY..... That Guy] You hiding out?

[This is a joke. He doesn't know. He tried.]

[ 'That guy' is about the best descriptor Caramia's gotten, honestly. Though he does tense a little at the sound of someone's voice- someone he recognized, but not very well. It's?? This guy. The weird one. It's hard to forget his name- Caramia's seen his shenanigans on the forum too many times.

It was kind of endearing, actually. Even so, Caramia made an effort to not look in his direction. It was easier to talk to people if you didn't make eye contact, right? ]

It's Caramia. [ Is his name not memorable? ] Something like that. I'm not really good with social gatherings. Not right now, anyway.

[The real punchline is Ochako said Caramia's name to Okuyasu more than once not even an hour ago, but he's still got "hey you!!" on the brain as the most appropriate way to greet everybody. It's fine-- he answered, right, so it's fine.

Not one to pick up on too many social cues at one time, of course, Okuyasu doesn't get the "no eye contact memo" and continues to look straight at him. Hmm.]

For real? It's only a couple people...

[ Look, it's fine. He even responds to "hey, idiot" on a daily basis, so really this is just a step up in greetings. Still, Caramia felt a little bad that Okuyasu was meeting him while he... was currently pendant-less. Then again, did Okuyasu really have a good impression of him the first time they met? It was hard to tell. ]
