[ It's cruel, and she knows it — but she figures that's the best way to get him back to normal. Better for him to be angry at her than miserable, or whatever false, weird happiness he had before. ]

And really? Really? Bringing up the king now after she’d just—but okay, he’ll live. He’s taken worse phallic injuries than this, honestly, though he still staggers as he rises to his feet.
And he’s definitely angry. ]
Only the king may punish me.
[ Or any other knight, for that matter—because while what Mordred did was wrong, Tristan wasn’t going to call her out on that unknightly behavior. Or overstep his bounds by harming what he should be helping to nurture.

And I would thank you kindly to never speak of Iseult again. The fact that one traitor speaks her name is more than enough.
