[ He was just on a hike, and Jion has to stop himself mid-step to keep from trampling over Minato. And while he's starting to get used to Minato's sleepy nature, the medic in him still pings with alarm when he finds people just, like, lying around unconscious in weird locations.

Leaves rustle underfoot as he crouches down, and Jion just squints at Minato for a long moment before ...

Still, Minato's pulse seems fine! He's just... passed out. Not hurt, just flopped over near the forest.

He doesn't really stir when Jion takes his pulse, either, though his breathing at least seems steady and good too.]
