[ Their expression conveys that they are conflicted about whether or not to disobey, but they only halt their movement for half a step before continuing. Who knows what this place will say to them if they stay. They don't want to hear this (again.) And they don't feel like doing what they're being told to do. ]

It's all your fault that—

[ Cairngorm tries not to think too much of what thinking that means, as they push through the portal hurriedly so they don't have to hear the rest of whatever pseudo-Ghost has to say. Maybe they're running away. But maybe it's important that they're able to run away if they want to. There's nothing to keep them there and force them to listen to it, aside from these portals.

That seems to be the lesson meant to be learned, because when they pass through the portal, they stumble back out into the living room of Cairngorm and Lottie's home - the real one, that is. No icy tundra and no British countryside to be seen. ]

[ They close their eyes, letting out a heavy, heavy sigh. They're not particularly interested in looking at him, or being looked at, if they're being honest, and one of their hands comes to cover the better half of their face, obscuring their tense face. ]
