WHEN: Early February.
WHAT: Mediating between two housemates and keeping a promise to visit a certain half-demon.
WARNINGS: Shen Qingqiu swears. A lot.
A cordial visit. (closed to Berkut and Renne).
[ Shen Qingqiu promised himself that he would only wear his Peak Lord robes on important matters. And so, that was why that he was wearing them as he headed toward Berkut and Renne's home. Besides!! If I wore anything other than my best, there's a good chance I could end up getting choked out! Well... I might still end up that way.../i>
He wonders if Renne mentioned the fact that he was coming to act as mediator between them. He wasn't sure which answer struck more fear in him -- Berkut knowing or Berkut not knowing. In the end, it didn't matter. If the situation doesn't get resolved, it's just going to end up blackening his reptuation!
Done with his grumbling, he arrives at the house. His face changes color to a pale white before he violently shakes his head. He already hates me!! I already said this so! Don't wuss out! Shen Qingqiu breathes in deep, walks up to the door and knocks.
........ is that horse still in the house? Is the house going to smell like horse? An idle thought hits him as he waits, and he lifts his sleeve up to cover the lover half of his face instead of his fan. ]

Making a new friend and trying new foods (closed to Rin).
[ Come to think of it! I don't even know what Rin looks like. He realizes that he should say, even to himself, "come to think of it" like it is some revelation. That is like saying, "Come to think of it! The water is wet!" These are facts related to how something works. Like the way that the forum works is text only. The text, too... those that are colored? Are they related to those codes? It makes me think of color codes.
But he got himself side-tracked and returns to his original point. The idea of a half-demon makes him think of a lot of things. Like ... will it be with horns and wings? Or will it be more like the novel with a mark upon his forehead? He's careful not to say like Luo Binghe to himself. But he has since realizes that his first desire to look after the half-demon comes from his own guilt.
Which is no good. No one needs to carry the weight of someone else's guilt. He taps the back of his neck with his fan, admonishing himself. This person is someone I want to look after... and it should be because of who he is and not because of regrets of the past. A fiery determination burns itself bright inside of him. That is the primary reason he sets out to the cafe.
