[So they are dangerous, then. Or at least, they have the potential to be.]
It sounds a little like when an android goes deviant. It's becoming more and more common for them to murder their owners.
[Which is part of why they must be caught and dismantled.]
But androids are only machines. You're alive. Where I'm from, what you're talking about wouldn't be allowed.
[In theory, anyway.]
