Part of it is monsters, but other weird things happen, too. We tried to launch a big expedition to scope things out a while back. It seemed almost like the flora was...shifting around, nudging us into groups to split us up. Just about every group ran into something nasty in there, and I don't just mean in the fangs-and-claws sense.
