[ so Michael can't quite get why the whole Sexy Halloween Costume Craze(tm) has suddenly swept Chroma outside of "it's more Weird Town Shenanigans", but since he's managed to avoid one of his own, he's mostly just rolling with it. rolling with it in a way that's equal parts vague amusement at the poor people who are stuck walking around like that, and vague confusion about why this is a part of Halloween culture that the town's decided to cash in on.
