Here's Momo, barefoot with his sneakers in both hands, pants rolled up to his calves, the wet hem of his shirt balled up and tied at his waist. He's looking for a place to dry off and gather his bearings, but it isn't easy— he eventually just plops down somewhere, sprawled out sideways across what maybe passes for a "sunny" ledge.
When he hears nearing footsteps, he sits up and... puts his hands over his clothed chest???? lord ]
