t's pretty dark and miserable down in the well. The cavernous area feels much larger than a well should be, bodies milling about in the darkness and knee deep, frigid water. So you're here -- and you're not alone, and the only way out appears to be the thin circle of sunlight from above, the opening of the well. (And elsewhere, in the Town, everyone's waking up to gifts of various usefulness, but hopefully they remember to check the well today even so!) What now? Welcome to Awash's tenth event log, and the intro log for this month, everyone! All new characters have found themselves waking in the well in the middle of the Town. Amazing! It's wonderful what people can do when they work together, even in the most difficult circumstances!

[Maybe this is good hero training in its own way, taking students from the comfort of the school and their being forced to survive and help one another in a town like this. It's far from ideal, but looking at the positives has to help, right?]

[ Sebastian laughs a little, then shakes his head ]

Oh, there would be no force necessary, I am sure. For better or for worse, I quite prefer being busy, so... [ He shrugs a little ] I do not imagine I will be bored, at least.

[ he has the mannerisms of one from her experiences, so she wants to be certain. it'd explain this familiar feeling a great deal. ]

[ The very light tension that had been building up relaxes more quickly than Sebastian would have expected. Though exceedingly rare, he has encountered people that can identify exactly what he is before. However, it's why he was tense. People don't tend to take well to being in the company of a demon. Thankfully, it seems that Ryan's sense isn't quite that specific, so it's to his advantage, relatively speaking. ]

Hm. I cannot disagree that it would definitely be a distraction... [ He gives him a light, friendly, and almost apologetic smile ] But you seem to take that well. Shall I take that to mean you do not mind?

Perhaps not all, but certainly I have an idea. It may come as a surprise, but it is not the most obscure thing I have been asked to do. My master is quite demanding.

[ Though as odd as it might be to say the word "master" so casually, he doesn't dwell on it. There's not a beat in the conversation at all before his hand is brought up to his chest formally, and he dips into a polite bow. ]

[ Lupin's enthusiasm gets Sebastian to smile a bit more, as if he were taking a similar sense of camaraderie. ]

Ah, so indeed? I have certainly gotten the sense that perhaps I was out of place simply by the sense of fashion I have been seeing, but— [ He chuckles ] At least now we both know of one other, yes?

I did, yes... And he was not there. [ Nor is he anywhere in the village, he already knows. As soon as he had made it out of the well and gotten away from prying eyes, he had really looked for his master. If he were here, he would have known immediately and been able to go to his side. The fact that he is not is... Troubling. But he also has to give an effort for appearances before he can start trying to resolve the matter. ]

From your asking, I realize perhaps my search is wishful thinking... I've also little idea how to phrase this correctly, so forgive me, but do we not arrive at random times?

Right. I'll be sure to bring it up with her.

[Hero training would have only prepared these children for so much, and mythical creatures are not one of those things. Making sure they're properly cared for and protected will be more important than ever.]

Besides that incident, do we have any records of all the dangers that have been encountered so far? I'd like a clear idea of what we're up against.

[He grins and takes her hand, offering a cheerful thumbs up with the other. You got this, Kaoru, he believes in you!!]

[He straightens up to his full height, watching her draw her name.]

Ah! Kisa! It's a pleasure to meet you! [Even if he is getting more and more concerned for her wellbeing the more he learns about her and the town both. Not to mention his own time limit on this form, which he knows is slowly creeping up on him.]

Perhaps I should have asked this sooner, but do you know sign language?

[He doesn't himself, but if he could find someone who did, that might make things a lot easier for her.]

[Writing his name is a good start! He tries to offer an encouraging smile, even if he can't quite hide his surprise at just how unfamiliar with the technology Reim is.]

Ah, well, people use these things in a similar way to talking to others face to face. Only in this case, what you post is public. Some people use it to share news or information, others might just want conversation, maybe serious discussion. Some might want to share their interests with other people...

Why don't you start just by introducing yourself? Keep it simple.

A curse... Something that drained all the colour from the town, and perhaps the life along with it...?

[He rubs his chin, thoughtful.]

Well! There is no need to worry, young Akechi. I am here, and I will solve this mystery, and make sure everyone is returned home!

[He's so taken aback by that he coughs in surprise, before quickly stifling it.] A prince! My apologies for what I'm about to do, in that case, your highness!

[The sight of a 7'2" giant picking up an even larger fish man is surely a sight to behold, but All Might makes it look effortless. He throws Sidon's arm over his shoulder and puts his own arm around Sidon's waist in a firm grip. Once he's secure, he leaps out of the well so quickly it seems to send up a gust of wind along with them. The landing is a little trickier, and he ends up buckling a little under their combined weight as he lands on one knee, but he sets Sidon down (hopefully) none the worse for wear.]

I agree.

[It's strange to be somewhere he isn't needed or recognised, and perhaps that shows in the lingering uncertainty in his expression. But he has to get used to that strangeness here, just like anyone else. And, after all, people working together and cooperating instead of depending on one person is surely a good thing.]

What about our students' training? I'm sure you haven't let them fall behind even under the circumstances, Aizawa-kun.

[All Might's grin becomes even brighter, if that's possible, at the mention of Izuku.]

Yes! Young Midoriya is one of my students! I hope he didn't tell you anything too terrible about me!

[...there he goes, laughing at his own joke.]

[Toshinori follows him up the stairs. He's not sure of his reasons for choosing the room and doesn't ask. Instead, he simply offers a small smile and a nod.]

Of course. In that case, I'll take the downstairs room. That way you'll have some privacy.

[Well, and he'll have some privacy too. With his health as bad as it is, he doesn't want to keep the kid awake at night with his coughing fits or bouts of insomnia.]

[ archer, alright. and if he's so attached to his harp then fine, he'll let him take it to the forest. at least he doesn't have to carry it for him.

as for being inquisitive, well, what else were they going to do? stare at each other? ]

[ giorno waves off his apology, as if to tell him not to worry about it. ]

Well, most people in town are good to each other. It makes it easier to live here when someone's always ready to help you just because you're all in the same boat.

That being said, I'd be worried if any of my friends were here. So I don't mind if I'm alone. [ and yes he's met somebody from his world too but he's not counting him because who cares about jotaro and jotaro was a different mess entirely and he wouldn't mind it if the well took back that large boy entirely. ]

[Is this really hero training when Shouto is really planning on working in cities? At what point is he going to need to know how farms work at home?]

[Izuku grows still, fighting not to whip his head back up and look at All Might in shock. After the practical exam... Izuku had guessed this might be the case, but it's one thing to guess and another to have it confirmed.]

That's what Aizawa-sensei said, too. That he didn't notice we were missing. [His voice wavers just a little, but Izuku still avoids All Might's gaze, afraid of what All Might would see in his.]

[ Ari nods his thanks, accepting the letter. This will give him a better clue of where Kisa is supposed to be going, he thinks. After a few moments, he hands it back to her. ]

[ Getting to Flavo was half the battle, after all. Now, they only need to find the right cottage!

Ari leads the way, and this time he manages not to get them hopelessly lost. It's at last that they stand before the cottage Kisa will potentially be staying from now on. ]

Correct. My LED indicator shows that I am an android, and also indicates if I am functioning normally, processing, or enduring any sort of stress.

[He taps it, but it's blue right now.]

Right now it's functioning as expected, as am I.

[It would take a lot more water than that to damage him.]

Also Ignis is a pretty good chef.

I mean, yeah, that's cool, and the time stuff. But breathing fire and shadow walking is cooler.
