He's a hardass.
[He gives his head a shake.]
Or he wants to be. He has a big soft spot for kids, though. And cats.
[It took Akira a little longer to get to that soft spot than others.]
I... might have gotten his daughter involved in Phantom Thievery.
[He definitely did that.]
