[It doesn't take long for Minato to realize people are missing. He doesn't have a roommate anymore, but even so, as soon as he starts to try to do his daily routines of talking to people and checking on them, it's...pretty plain.
A huge chunk of people is just gone.
Which is why he won't really hesitate to just start shoving open the doors of all of the houses he comes across where he knows people live (wow, rude), poking his head in to see if someone's there. If someone is there, he'll just sigh, bowing his head in relief.
If not, there's a sharp frown on his face as he shuts the door carefully. Where is everyone...?]

[It's later in the week, as they're gearing up for the rescue and/or searching for the lost characters more, that Minato is out and about with some medicine in his hands. It's from the previous event, from his pocket dimension; it sure helps now that there was a pharmacy there.
So he'll approach pretty much anyone who looks ill, and:]
Here... I don't think this will fix the problem, but it might help with the headache or nausea.

Never mind the fact that Minato is also basically swaying on his feet, face pale. Ignore that, he's fine, he's doing his best here.]

Minato takes one step off of the boat he was able to hitch a ride on, stumbles onto the sand, and faceplants into the sand quite heroically.
