[OPEN/CATCH-ALL] I need out of my, out of my, out of my head
WHO: Prompto Argentum (#FFF59D), open!
WHERE: Bluo's harbor, Flavo's church, around Chroma

i. [QUEST 22]: Boatboatboat-boat boat-boatboat
Mmmmmmh, I don't really know anything about this stuff...
[But Prompto's a yellow, so in one way, he's as vital to the quest as the wood, saws, and shipbuilding know-how are--and that hopefully, whoever's asked him for help can provide. All he's got is his healthy twenty-year-old body and his camera.
He hums another long, uncertain note and turns his camera around so it displays a picture of a gondola.]
Something like this is too complicated, right? But I don't even know how to build something that floats. [He twists his mouth to one side and then sighs.] And it's not something you can figure out just by looking, huh.
ii. [SHOOTING PRACTICE]: Shoot for the moon and you'll probably hit a mutant duck
[Mornings are a wonderful time to wake up and smell the gunpowder. Prompto's offered to teach a couple people now how to use firearms safely, and the noise of it could very well draw the attention of those who haven't asked. He's set up back behind the Church and put up some warning signs in orange: DANGER: GUNS! There are empty cans full of bullet holes everywhere if someone wants to try for a smaller target, but he's painted some wide rings on trees, too. Sorry, trees.
Sometimes, when he doesn't have lessons to teach, Prompto can be found practicing trick shots of his own or re-familiarizing himself with the sniper rifle he brought out of his "home" during last month's event.]
iii. [WILDCARD]: Gonna be your man in motion
[Prompto can be found pretty regularly jogging through Chroma in the early morning. After that, he usually spends some time in that one empty cottage in Flavo, where at least his attempts to learn how to cook are no longer such a horrible fire hazard. He takes Sparky the baby chocobo around Bluo for walkies and socialization; Sparky's gotten to a friendly and curious age and may trot right up to say hello. Or kweh-lo.
Flower crowns are also happening, if that's your bag.
Point is, Prompto's out and about and available for whatever it is you need.]

The only problem is, the only boat Akira has ever been in is a swan boat (and a metaphysical representation of someone's desire to rule Japan but that's beside the point). He looks at the picture thoughtfully.]
Yeah... that's pretty elaborate. [It even has a motor! No way they can pull that off.]
Maybe we should just find something that can float and add sides to it.

Hunk stops and stares because no... it's so cute. What the heck.
It's kind of like a chicken, he guesses, but chickens don't exactly look like that. He'll just gawk, don't even worry about it.]

[Scrunching his face up, his eyes go a little distant as he keeps looking through his belongings in the Armiger. Finally, he finds--uhh, looks like a Chocobos sign from the friendship tournament way back when.]

[He brightens and immediately scoops up his baby and trots over so Hunk can see him. Sparky seems unperturbed, at least. Tired pop star voice: he's used to the attention.]
He's a chocobo chick! We named him Sparky. You haven't seen the big ones around? We've got three adults around, too.
